We purchased a sauna and cold plunge from Odyssey and had it installed in Surrey. Both are superb, commercial standard for sure. Daniel, the owner, and Camila, the Operations Manager could not have been more supportive throughout the process. Very happy!

The Odyssey Vulcan Sauna has far exceeded our expectations. The whole purchase, delivery, communications, installation and product quality was great and the people I dealt with were all professional and responsive. I also particularly liked the company arranging a local rubbish collection firm to clear away all of the packaging afterwards, as the sauna is very well packed in a large hard ply box that would have been difficult to dispose of without that nice touch. As for the sauna itself, I have a level of familiarity through living in Finland for a few years, and can say that this is as good as they get. I opted for the wood burner stove which takes about an hour to get to temperature (I like around 75C) using only a very small bucket full of dried logs, and stays hot enough to generate steam for at least another couple of hours. I have no hesitation recommending this model and this company, which we chose having explored at least another half dozen options from entry level self-assembly barrel shaped saunas upwards. Furthermore, the product is attractive enough to draw compliments and to become the centre piece of our outdoor area. I anticipate many years of joy, sitting inside watching the outside through the full glass front smoked glass window.

After contacting odyssey Daniel got back to me asking for information on my existing unit , after sending details across he reccomended that I dont replace it currently and just look into my chemicals
That to me is an honest buisness that could have pushed a sale and didnt
And il definitely be ordering when I do upgrade

I recently bought a hot tub and a plunge pool from Odyssey Plunge, and I couldn't be happier. The products are incredibly high quality and built to last. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up a home wellness space!

Budget products being priced, marketed and sold as premium. Purchased an Atlas plunge in spring and within 3 months the finish on the steps had completely failed. The steps are finished in a cheap polyurethane varnish which is clearly not suitable for external use, despite Odyssey themselves suggesting that the wood is maintained and finished using a premium Osmo oil. I gave the company the opportunity to send a replacement step which they declined. I even offered to replaced the wood steps myself if they sent properly finished steps. They declined both and suggested a plastic mat, which if anyone knows anything about wood would know that that would probably accelerate the deterioration of the product. Customer service is appalling. Avoid.

Update following response from Odysseyplunge. For the benefit of other potential purchasers I was not offered alternative "options" (plural). I was offered a plastic mat to merely cover the defects. As noted above that is not a suitable solution. My original comments remain. Whilst the finish on the tub itself is fine (it is clearly finished in a different product - oil vs cheap polyurethane as used on the steps), the steps are not suitable for the intended use; the product is of poor quality and the customer service is appalling. For the record I asked to return the product and the company declined; the company does not stand behind its warranty. Since raising the original warranty claim the steps have now also warped and now look incredibly poorly made and the antithesis of how the product is marketed on social media.

Odysseyplunge you are once again invited to send replacement steps or a technician to attend and remedy the defect.

Great service from start to finish, great communication throughout the 3 month processing from ordering the sauna and tub to delivery, with great delivery and installation aswell as removal of packaging afterwards.

The kit itself is superb too! Would definitely recommend

My husband and I were wanting to create a wellness space in an unused part of our garden. Having looked around different companies for both saunas and ice baths we found Odyssey. Their products visually stood out and upon having the Vulcan sauna and Nordica ice bath installed the quality matches the appearance of the products. We’re thrilled.

The sauna we find as good as any commercial one we have used previously. It heats up to 80 degrees in about 30 mins and will go much hotter - if you can stand it!
The cold plunge I’ll take my husbands word for it when he says it’s invigorating 😜

Dan and Connor came to install our Forge ice bath this week and we are thrilled with it. The build quality is exceptional and it’s aesthetically beautiful. Dan and Connor were tremendous during the install, they really took their time to explain the operating procedures and how to keep on top of maintenance. They answered all the questions we had. We never felt rushed and they were thoroughly professional, leaving our back garden in immaculate condition. We’re super excited to get our hands on the dedicated app that Dan demo’d when it launches. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic, I’d been thinking about getting an ice bath for a little while and found Odyssey Plunge and couldn’t have been happier with the service and the product.
Delivery was easily arranged, the install was in a tricky and tight spot but Daniel and the team managed it so well, the set up was done and clear instructions on the chiller and bath were given so was useable right away.
Been using the bath for a little while now and it’s been a great part of my recovery efforts from gym sessions, running and everyday stresses.
Love how it looks with the wood, metal and lights making it a proper bit of kit and a stylish part of my garden.

My Odssey plunge is a game changer! Compared to my previous budget ice bath, I was sick of cleaning it out weekly and having inconsistent temperatures.. my Odssey has brought professional recovery to my garden. Not only does it look fantastic, it works a treat . Since having my bath for 7 months, it’s not had a single issue. An absolute power house!

We had really helpful advice and information prior to selecting which ice bath to purchase. The ice bath itself is super lovely. Beautiful cedar wood exterior and super steel interior. Excellent quality cover provided as well. There was a little bit of workmanship on the door of the chiller that was not up to standard but they sent us a new door and then we had a fault arise with the chiller and again, they sent us a new one very quickly. So we would highly recommend the company and the product. Great customer service and an excellent ice bath.

I actually cannot accurately do justice here to the level of service these guys provide but I’ll try as they deserve so much credit - when I say they go the extra mile, I mean it wholeheartedly. These guys travelled to NI to install one of their ice baths for me and from start to finish, the experience was second to none. From email correspondence to even organising for all ice bath packaging to be disposed of, it really was an outstanding service and nothing was too much hassle. The ice bath and chiller were positioned exactly where I wanted, fully set up and demonstrated - high quality products that I hope I’ll use for years to come. I could not recommend this company enough -in a world where many businesses cut corners or quality of service just isn’t what it used to be, these guys truly stand out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have never experienced customer service like it. We bought a Keg XL ice bath with a hot/cold chiller, Firstly, the product itself is of superior quality, looks great, works great and at what I think is a very reasonable price compared to other brands. On receipt of our ice bath we had a few questions re set up. Daniel was there for us every step of the way and provided outstanding customer support over the phone on several occasions and outside of normal working hours (unheard of these days). I'd like to point out that the issues we had were down to us not reading instructions properly and having a slightly unusual set up as to where we put our chiller). If you are contemplating buying an ice bath buy from this company you won't regret it!!! 5 stars all round
