I have been taking Macusure for a year now and at a recent eye test was told my macular degeneration had not got worse in that year

The price was way less than the USA but
I was so disappointed at how small it was and only half full

I placed an order which was not delivered. I tried calling the published customer service number. I received a recording saying the number was not recognised. I had also at the same time set up a monthly subscription. I have tried to cancel it without success. Their website says to cancel a subscription click the link in the order confirmation. When I clicked the link I get a message “page not found”. I was recommended this company by Vision Express. I will be contacting them to recommend they stop recommending Ocular Express.

Although the items were delivered promptly, response post-purchase has been very poor. I wished to return 2 of the items due to eye irritation, but have not had a response despite having sent 2 emails.

Since the above review, I have had an email from Ocular Express, apologising for the delay in responding, and explaining the reason. They asked me to return the items, which I did, and they have since processed a refund. Thank you Ocular Express, for the prompt resolution and good service once my email was answered. Would definitely recommend!

Set up subscription for macusure tablets to be delivered to my mum. Delivery, customer service and quality of tablets are excellent. Just one thing, I find the website frustrating. I wanted to check the subscription as mum had a query. Click on ‘my subscriptions’ tab and nothing happens. Also better to use computer or laptop if you want to look in any detail at, for example, your account, as this area isn’t completely available when using iPhone. But this seems to be the case with most websites and looking at them on your phone.
All in all, a great service from ocular express, thank you.

Very helpful as I had cataracts removed etc recently. Eye test done and new glasses chosen. See them again in another year Hannah was very helpful as were all the staff.

I was thrilled to find the eye drops that I needed. They are only sold in the UK, Europe and not in the US. My products arrived as scheduled. I highly recommend Ocular Express to my friends and I will reorder again! Thank you!
