We’ve assembled one of the market’s most experienced teams to ensure we have the best chance of helping brokers and their clients. Our founders, Jonathan Samuels and Matt Smith, were behind the creation and rise of a successful specialist lender prior to launching Octane. It was here, at Dragonfly Property Finance, where they lent over £2 billion together. We launched Octane in 2017 and are proud to have lent over £2 billion since. Our goal today is the same it was then: to help property investors realise their ambitions.

Pragmatic, flexible lending......
Octane Capital's pragmatic approach to lending, and in particular, Jamie Oxley's ability to find a way over every hurdle that I’ve put in front of him gives me a level of comfort and confidence I didn’t think I’d experience when purchasing property.
They supported me through Covid when timescales pretty much got thrown out the window and I like to think it’s because of our great relationship that we’re approaching our 7th purchase together with terms head & shoulders above the rest of em!
