I have worked with Octane for multiple years, a great and efficient service.

We have worked with Octane Capital on a number of occasions and they never fail to deliver outstanding results for our firm (and for our clients). Shrena and the team are always very friendly and happy to help and handle every case efficiently.

Just recently completed on deal with Octane for a development exit case. Mark & Andrew were a dream to work with and very proactive. Octane have shown professionalism, common-sense underwriting and a can-do attitude. I will certainly work with them again with my future clients.

Efficient if slightly pedantic service with loan offer quickly in place. However, the offer was pulled without notice or consultation at the eleventh hour just before Christmas, leaving us high and dry with circa 11k of abortive costs. Not a great experience and certainly won't be using Octane again.

We have worked with Octane a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently on a project with Donna House - whom I would like to praise for her exceptional account management. She always made availability to handle queries and issues quickly and effectively. She has been a trusted person to speak with (and if you miss her on the phone, she will get back to you immediately!) She is an impressive communicator, very likeable and totally on the ball. Her dedication was really appreciated and I can highly recommend working with Octane for building projects, and I would not hesitate to work with Donna again.
