Exceptional Service from Octagon Removals
We used Octagon Removals for our move from Essex to Norfolk (2.5 hrs drive away) and what a brilliant experience from start to finish. Before they quoted they came out to view what we actually had which, with 5-bed it was a substantial amount. So the quote was based on reality. The team were punctual, highly professional and stayed positive throughout the 2-day move. One of their team got sick the next day but they sent a replacement to Norfolk within hours and everyone worked hard to deliver what was promised. Octagon Removals exceeded our expectations and are the best Removals company we have ever used. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They made a home visit a couple of weeks before the move - then arrived the day before and did a great packing job - before a very efficient move the next day. We weren't moving far (in Twickenham) but Octagon made the whole process completely painless

My wife and I were dreading the move…
My wife and I were dreading the move but the Octagon team made it very easy and de-stressed the whole process. Communication throughout was excellent
Packing and wrapping on day 1 couldn’t have been easier and the guys were clearly super careful with our more delicate stuff. Labelling of the boxes also very clear (a must for the later de-boxing). The move itself on day 2 also went very smoothly.
Particular mention to the guys who dismantled and reassembled some beds, tables and wardrobes — perfectly done with no missing screws or wobbly bits.
Throughout the whole time the guys were friendly, professional and courteous — a pleasure from start to finish. We would highly recommend and would use Octagon again.

Highly Professional, Efficient and Reliable
We used Octagon Removals for both packing and moving, and I honestly don’t know where to begin with the praise! From the initial enquiry to accommodating our move over three days, everything was handled with such professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Their packing was spot on — every cupboard was packed neatly, boxes were clearly labelled, and they used plenty of bubble wrap and packing paper to keep everything safe. As we had requested, they used brand new boxes, which was a big plus. They even left the boxes with us for a couple of weeks after the move, giving us plenty of time to unpack at our own pace without any pressure.
They were so efficient on the day that we actually had time to sit in the garden and relax while they got on with the job — something we never imagined possible during a move! One of the biggest reliefs was having them disassemble and reassemble our furniture, which they did with absolute ease. The entire team was polite, professional, and clearly very experienced. Everything was delivered on time and stacked thoughtfully for easy access in our new home.
We’re so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend their team without hesitation. They truly made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable.

Brilliant removal firm!!!
We had the most amazing experience with this removal company. The 2 removal men worked so hard, it was the hottest day of the year and they worked so fast. Nothing was too much bother. Very polite and friendly and took care of all of our belongings and managed to do the job quicker than expected. Would definitely use them again. Very efficient and professional
In June 2025 I used octagon removals to move flats. Three guys came who were really friendly, professional and efficient. They did all the packing, loading and moving. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made it very easy for me. I was grateful that they made the parking work as that can be difficult in my area (NW3). I would highly recommend.
