Very efficient & a pleasure to deal with this company
What a pleasure to deal with such an efficient company.
Everything was explained clearly & the manager visited my daughters property to assess the amount of furniture & contents. 2 vans were arranged & arrived at 8:am as advised. The 3 chaps doing the removal were very pleasant & extremely helpful & patient with my 9 year old grandson who was helping them. The new property is on the 2nd floor with no lift but that wasn't a problem ( we had advised them.of this beforehand)
They were absolutely amazing, treated the contents carefully & I can't thank them & the company enough.

Excellent service
I needed someone to move my house quick, contacted them on a Thursday evening and had people round packing stuff up and moving to my new home on the Monday. They came to Dartford, Kent early in the morning and had everything dismantled and put back up in the new house by 6 the same day. It was a good price for the service they provided, very professional and well mannered. Would highly recommend to anybody needing to move house.

I cannot recommend Octagon Removals highly enough. From the moment they arrived at our flat in Watford, they were punctual, proactive, and incredibly
professional.
After a quick walkthrough of our items, the team took over completely, allowing us to actually sit back and relax while they handled the heavy lifting.
What impressed us most was their skill with furniture; they disassembled and reassembled our belongings with precision and care.

Very pleased with the whole process
Very pleased with the whole process. Really simple and efficient process to get things booked and quoted, flexible on dates with good availability. And on the day I was amazed how quickly the guys got things loaded (up and down stairs from a flat) - they really knew what they were doing and got things packed safely and neatly including my huge cactus which I wasn't sure was going to make it! Great service from start to finish.

Amazing!!
Kay and Ahmed were absolutely amazing. They were so fast and efficient that our move was completed an hour earlier than anticipated.

This was the fastest and smoothest moving company Ive used. It’s stress free and hassle free for me as I am very pregnant. Ive had quotes from other moving company that charges you per item or per diameter of boxes, but with Octagon everything is included irregardless of type/size/diameter. Octagon Removals where amazing! We used them to move to our new house. Since the beginning when we engaged them the experience was great! They have been super responsive, communication with Dora was super clear, they provided a detailed and accurate quote after the virtual survey and they moved all our stuff with care and super fast! The guys had to disassemble and re-assemble some of our furniture which was quite complex, but they did it without leaving a scratch and super quick! Couldn't be happier with the service provided!
