Awful and terrible service
Awful and terrible service. I booked their service via parcel2go.com. My package was a birthday gift for my niece who recently lost her mum. However it never reached to her and after 3 weeks of showing in transit finally I was told they have lost the package. As simple as that. My package didn't fly. I'm sure it's somewhere in their depot but they couldn't bother to search for it. Insensitive and irresponsible company who caused me a heartbreak and a financial loss and I was not compensated.

Awful service
Awful service. Seller promised me that the package would be delivered in 3-6 working days, it’s been ten working days and still no sign of it. Tracking number says it has been in the country for the past 7 days.I contacted An Post who I paid the customs charge to, and they say the package still hasn’t been handed over to them.
You get what you pay for.
I am a small business and regularly import from China most of the time I use Fedex or DHL. But as the cost of air freight has gone up a lot I thought I would try OCS as they were suggested by my Exporter in China.
Once the goods arrived I paid immediately by Bank Transfer for the import charges and duty to OCS against a invoice they raised.
I was contacted a few days later by their haulage company who said they would deliver the goods on Friday (2 days later) , I agreed and waited for the goods that did not arrive , by Monday I started to Call OCS who were indifferent and said they would get back to me but did not (I chased them twice ).
I then received a email from my Chinese exporter who told ma that OCS had told them we had not paid the import charges (Which was a lie especially as there was a gap of 7 days between my payment of the charges and chasing them on delivery.
This company is unreliable and resort to underhand tactics to shift blame , I will Never use them again.
Regrettable service

STAY AWAY FROM OCS
I ordered some products via skinnydip london and they use the ocs worldwide courier.
I was told to expect delivery within 7 working days. It's been 11 working days and I still haven't received my parcel, OCS has been ignoring my emails

I just received my shipment from the U. K. to Donegal, Ireland. It arrived within the time window I had been given. I would use this company again as I had no issues with the service.
Incompetent…
My experience with OCS office staff has been very disappointing. The staff appear incompetent, unprofessional, and often rude. Many of them seem unsure about what they are supposed to do or how to handle basic issues.
It is difficult to understand how the Ministry of Justice in the UK awarded them a security contract when the internal management appears so poorly organised.
The OCS office teams—including HR, Controllers, and Payroll—do not seem to know how to properly manage the staff who transferred from Mitie. When problems arise and someone calls the provided contact number, the common response is that they have no idea what to do.
If an email is sent to any member of staff, the response is usually that it is someone else’s responsibility. As a result, emails are passed from one person to another, generating long email chains involving many people but without any actual solution.
This gives the impression that some staff are simply sitting in their positions without providing effective support. In my view, this level of incompetence damages the reputation that OCS has built over more than 120 years.
Overall, the management appears highly unprofessional and unable to handle staff issues properly.

They never sent at notification when the packet arrived to Denmark and when I used their trackingsystem it didn't say where to collect the packet.
They never answered my mails, I couldn't call them and I was really tired trying to find my packet. Finally the seller couldn't find it either and gave me a refund.

The paper doesn't arrive
I live in the Netherlands. I subscribed to the London Times on Mai 21. That's seven weeks ago. Since then only one paper has arrived. So I missed six papers. I called about ten times. It's a waste of time. So now I've cancelled my subscription.
