The quality of the furniture is amazing. Every piece is solid, beautifully designed and most of all, comfortable.
I can’t say enough about how thrilled we are with it.
Also, the customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with; fast, responsive, and professional.

Excellent service and quality furniture. We researched furniture for a while prior to purchasing. Set delivered when expected one issue when set arrived and a replacement was shipped no questions. A year later we had a quality issue that was addressed immediately by the staff and a new part sent. Highly recommend this company and their furniture.

Hope this helps anyone who puts a lot of stock in reviews prior to purchasing. Back in March of 2022, I purchased a full dining set with 8 chairs and an umbrella. Shippers were great, especially since it was being delivered out to California. Unfortunately, 4 months later I noticed that the arm on one of the extra chairs I had set aside was pulling away from the back rest. I emailed customer service and immediately received a response from Paul requesting photos of the problem, which I provided, and again he quickly responded with an apology and promptly placed an order to replace the damaged chair. All within a matter of hours. No further questions were asked, no resistance, nothing; I received the replacement chair a week later. Being a business owner myself I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and regrettably, I’ve had more negative experiences in recent years than positive ones. So, when a company takes ownership and provides exceptional service, I feel obligated share that interaction and also say, thank you. I would absolutely buy from them again.

The outdoor teak dining set surpassed expectations! Sturdy and good quality. Our guests are always complimenting it.

We have had our teak furniture for 5 years and it has held up really well. We had to replace some of the screws but the company was very nice to send us some for free.

We are so happy we found Oceanic Teak table! My husband and I had just moved into our new house and were expressing our frustration at not being able to find good patio furniture anywhere while out to dinner with friends. They have an Oceanic Teak table, and referred us to the website. We ordered an 8 person table that showed up a week later (such fast shipping!) and we couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is outstanding and I know we will enjoy it for years to come. We have already referred quite a few other friends to get an Oceanic Teak table, too! Really happy we made the investment.

Excellent quality product and superb customer service and communication.
Ordered the extending oval table and 8 chairs based on quick delivery promises and goods in stock. I knew I’d left it late, ordered at the weekend when I needed it by the next weekend but the initial dispatch date suggested it would arrive in time so I ordered. On checking the status on Monday, the date had slipped back a week so I emailed to request an improvement in the dates and they did! No problem at all!
Also communication with the shippers was great too.
All round a really impressive experience. Would recommend! 😁

Very good quality teak furniture. Order arrived within the timeframe they said it would and they kept me informed the entire time. One chair was slightly damaged and Paul from the sales team got right back to me the same day I contacted them through their website. They are sending me a replacement.

Purchased two teak loungers from Oceanic Teak Furniture and loved them- design, comfort, and color. Had a couple of brass fittings which had broken. I contacted Paul at Oceanic and he sent replacements promptly and without charge. He then checked up a week later to make sure they arrived and worked.
Really appreciated the great service- polite, helpful, and concerned!!! Definitely recommend them to others.

My husband and I ordered a teak dining table, chairs, and cushions from Oceanic Teak as a wedding gift for our son and daughter-in-law. The furniture arrived quickly and is of exceptional quality. We have had the most outstanding experience with Oceanic Teak! Their customer service is truly exemplary! We ordered the Huntington Deep Seat Teak 5 seat set along with the 95" oval Hampton dining table with 8 armchairs, and two side tables. It arrived shockingly quick, beautifully packaged, and assembly was simple and easy to understand. We had one piece that was damaged. We took a photo and sent it to customer service and a new piece was immediately shipped out. We emailed them several questions and they always answered us within a few hours. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and professional! Such a stark contrast to most companies these days. The furniture is well made, solid, attractive, and the cushions comfy and high quality. This is exactly what we had wanted. We HIGHLY recommend Oceanic Teak!

We are quite pleased with the quality, sturdiness, and beauty of the Oceanic Teak 120" expandable rectangular Java table and 10 chairs (including 2 armchairs). The set was delivered quickly, and the assembly was straightforward. We've had many compliments on the dining set, with several friends ready to order from Oceanic Teak! The set exceeds our expectations!

Ordered the 95" oval table with eight Hampton chairs that were on sale $700 off the SALE price. I was a bit apprehensive buying something like that sight unseen, but was pleasantly surprised when the shipment showed up, and only a few days later. The table was very sturdy with at least an inch of teak for the top. I used to be a yacht refinisher and I lightly sanded and oiled the entire set. It. Looks. Amazing. Highly recommended.

I ordered a square table and Pacific chairs, within a week my order had arrived, a smooth delivery and the product was well packed. However, on unpacking I Discovered that one of the armchairs had a problem on a joint. As instructed I sent a photo of the chair, by email, to customer services, within an hour I had a reply telling me that they would send a replacement out. There was a hiccup that I was not going to be available to accept delivery for over a month so we arranged a date in the future. Without any further reminders from me the chair arrived as arranged.
The furniture itself is of a good quality and I suspect it will out last me.

We ordered a 48 in round table with 4 Pacific chairs, umbrella, a 60 inch Java Bench, and 4 seat cushions. Very happy with the quality of the furniture and it looks fabulous on our outdoor patio. Would certainly recommend Oceanic to anyone wanting quality teak furniture.

Oval table and 6 neptune chairs

Excellent value for money and almost perfect. Well packed, nicely made with good joints. Two very minor details - we had a tiny wood flake splitting off which had to be fixed back with a dab of glue and is now invisible, and one fixing bolt was dodgy. If I could award 4.5 stars I would. However considering the price and the amount of work to make these, no complaints.

The teak is of course unfinished. We used Semco honeytone sealer to finish and it really helps the appearance.

The table we received had a slightly different base detail to the web image - ours has a 50mm base hole, rather than a square hole, so no umbrella base needed.

Update August 21. After a couple of months outside, a manufacturing fault became apparent - one piece of timber on the table top which initially looked fine, turned out to be bad . From a photo, Oceanic agreed, and promptly and efficiently replaced the table. Excellent customer service.

Quality! Quality! Exceptional quality!
We were overwhelmed by the craftsmanship, it far exceeded our expectations. The table only required the trestle to be fitted with 4 brass bolts that lined up beautifully. The teak is professionally finished with classic wood joinery instead of screws. All the chairs were immaculate with no blemishes or cracks! The expectation for delivery was set and the date was met on time. The packing was done by experts and explains why the table and chairs arrived in showroom finish.

The round tree bench I purchased was delivered quickly and safely. The quality of the bench is awesome. When I had a question about assembly, customer service took the time to video the instructions THE SAME DAY and send to me! Excellent experience all around. Would recommend this company for quality, speed and price.

We just received our Atlantic rectangular table with 8 chairs and absolutely love it! Very easy to put together. FYI A small rubber mallet may be helpful. The extra leaf folds and tucks right under table and is really easy to use. The quality is outstanding. Very well made. The coordinating cushions are very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to purchase from Oceanic Teak!
