A beautiful table at a good price.! Living on the west coast, and with covid slowing things down it did take awhile for the chairs to get back in stock, before they could ship my order-but once the company had them they shipped at a timely manner, the customer service was always very prompt and friendly and they immediately sent out a replacement chair for one delivered broken. Honestly, best customer service I’ve dealt with. I will purchase from them again!

We are really happy with the table and chairs and will likely order more furniture from you for the spring. Only disappointment was we were missing a nut and it took about 10 days to get a response - once we got the response the nut came and everything is fixed now. Thanks.

We recently purchased the 4 piece Southhampton set. After extensive search on-line, we decided to go with Oceanic because of price value when compared to other companies. Delivery was timely. Shipping Carrier arrived when scheduled (Driver was especially helpful). Assembly of the four pieces took less than an hour and we were most impressed with the quality and construction of the teak material and cushions. We were even contacted after delivery by Oceanic to ensure that there were no problems and we were satisfied. Five stars!

The set that we ordered was delivered very quickly (seven days from order to delivery) and professionally. Packaging was well done and secure. We were able to quickly get it out of boxes and assembled and enjoy dinner on our porch that evening.

We’ve had wonderful feedback from our friends and it’s quickly become our favorite lounging spot in the house.

Good communication with the company in that they kept us posted on ETA and shipping info. The hardware didn’t come with the shipment which was a bummer but customer service sent it out that day and 2 days later we received it. Chairs came assembled and the table was easy to put together. I ordered a table with eight chairs. There was a delay in shipping and delivery, but we were notified immediately. The table arrived well packed and protected. We are very happy with the table. It enhances the beauty of our yard. Awesome!!

Ordered a rectangular table with 6 chairs. I cannot say how pleased I am. The entire kit was packed within an inch of its life. Not a scratch I could find. To be honest it takes longer to unpack than assemble. Very (VERY) sturdy. Can’t wait to have friends over and give it a go. So happy with your product.

We ordered a table and six chairs. When the order arrived, the table was damaged. We reached out to Paul at customer service and they got a replacement shipped to us right away! Awesome service!! Beautiful product. We looked for quite a while and are so happy with OceanicTeak!!!! Highly recommend

Our teak bench is very well made and was easy to assemble, less than 30 minutes for one person. We would certainly purchase from Oceanic again.

This review is not about the item I ordered, but more about the company. The item, a 67 inch Oval table with 6 chairs, could not be delivered to my home as I was told it would have to be delivered via tractor trailer. I live in a very small town, on an island off the coast of Maine. Delivering via tractor trailer was NOT an option for me as our streets are too narrow, and my home is over 300 feet from the street. BSP could only deliver via tractor trailer, which meant I had to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up in Bangor, Maine within 5 days (so much for free shipping). When I arrived at BSP, the dock worker brought the pallet out, with one end of the 'box' completely open, and the contents inside tossed around. This looked like it had been dropped somewhere along the way. I asked the dock worker how the box was so damaged, and he indicated it was delivered to their facility that way. I have never seen furniture shipped like this (no real pack method, items not secure inside a makeshift cardboard box), with a short run of bubblewrap thrown in for good measure. The table and chairs were not damaged (surprisingly), but the hardware fell out of the flimsy ziplock bag and had to be located. Several of the hardware pieces fell out on the ground when we started to remove the packaging.

Once I got the table and chairs home, I was almost done assembling the table. The last bolt could not be inserted as the hole was drilled at an angle, requiring me to drill a larger hole so the other end of the bolt could connect to the receiving end. Poor workmanship on that front....

A word of advice to those of you ordering from Oceanic Teak Furniture: Be prepared for shoddy packaging, the possibility of receiving your item with damaged makeshift packaging, and expect to go pick up your items if a tractor trailer cannot bring it to your home. I will never order from this company again. They need to do better with shipping arrangements.

The table was beautiful, and delivery was on time. We were surprised to find a sizable check in one corner. When we notified them,however, they said this was normal. It would have been good to have been warned of this. There is also a chip(not a check) in another corner, but after them sending us a teak cutting board to compensate for the check, we didn't bother mentioning it to them. All in all, it's a very nice, functional table. When I sit at either of those corners, the check and the chip are just a bit distracting from the beauty.
