Never delivered the product
Never delivered the product. Ordered 1/12. Labeled "in transit" for weeks after arriving to the destination country. Used scam company SUNYOU to ship product. Emailed customer service 2/12 and 2/16, didn't get a response until 2/17 promising they'd get back to me in max 48 hours. 48 hours came and went with no feedback. It's now 2/21 with no follow up. Can only assume this company is a scam. Do not purchase.

Although my first watch arrived not working, after emailing Jenny In customer service she quickly had a replacement watch out for delivery, I now have 3 different watches from this company (Obsyss) excellent value for money.

Very poor service and quality
Very poor service and quality. I ordered one watch in black and they sent a blue one, wanted me to pay for returning it!!! I then ordered another watch I liked, really looked forward to getting it and it arrived but didn’t work! Sent a replacement that didn’t work! Now I’m waiting weeks for another replacement, I certainly won’t be buying from here again
