Thank you !!!

0BD365 truly are in my opinion a very focused and driven company. It's no surprise they just turned 9years old as a company this company knows how to keep customers satisfied and you just know they look forward to personally dealing with each customer you can't fake this type of customer service this is something that's built over years of good work ethic I know this feeling, this is because from the moment your putting through your order to the tracking numbers being sent through its a very easy user-friendly interface your met with a simple yet effective user friendly site, well informed no nonsense experience with site navigation ordering process etc the customer service is probably one of the most professional Iv come across you don't even need to take my word for it have a look at the reviews and scroll down to the comments whenever a customer is concerned or having technical issues you can see time after time customer service is in every single one of those comments section helping time after time resolving a technical after sales issue this is something that you rarely see these days and it's such a refreshing thing to see from a company they a making it known that your not forgotten after the sale of a product they are still there as technical support now that you cannot put a price on and you cannot teach this obviously comes from the work ethic and years of experience.

with customer live chat, WhatsApp phones numbers are on every corner of the website this just shows they take pride in dealing with customers these are all the ingredients that make these guys successful they don't hide behind a website with limited contact numbers they are very much active all over the website or live chat, no matter how short or obvious or silly the questions you may have you can literally ask in regards to your order you can directly contact client services and yes they reply with clear and warm replies that makes you want to deal with this company this is simply my experience with this company and I get the feeling there will be many more dealings as the years go by, good on ya guys ! Happy 9th birthday wishing a prosperous year ahead to take care
