The obdstarstore company is a scam. The scanner software would not allow the activation software to download due to inaccurate information provided by company's tech support & they've stopped commutating after 2-emails.

Tried 4 bcms all listed in there listing wouldn’t communicate and 2 not even listed I’ll buy a better tool and return this one thanks for nothing

Zero stars. Scam company. They delete all bad reviews on their website. They lie about product spec. And you will not see your money

They are lairs

Don’t trust their tools

UNS ESTAFADORS.
Al final ni et contesten als correus.

Thieves. Don't trust these liars. Fake rubbish products that don't work. They delete all bad reviews on their website - check for yourself.

Ladri e truffatori come questi dovrebbero stare in galera.

The device stops working on certain models when new updates are sent.when informing the obdstar service department they do not reply to your email and when they do they say engineer is working on the problem but it's never resolved.Cars that worked perfectly will just not work after automatic updates are sent to the device.Be advised this is not a reliable tool and there is no after sales service when u have a problem with it.Rather purchase xtool or vvdi products much better after sales service with engineers that do not break one thing trying to update another.i have a email trail of the number of emails to them highlighting genuine problems where they admit to it being their error but do not rectify leaving u with a device that no longer works for what you had purchased it for

The obdstar very crappy tool and after 1 year no software and the tablet is only for garbage or pay 350 dollars for update and no work on any cars price crappy tools don't buy lost money

Updated my OBDSTAR full they gave the best price and options. Fast reply and service and answered all my questions. I recommend this shop.

Second time I purchase from obdstarstore nothing but good experience! Fast shipping, good products and great communication with customer service. They answer any questions related to the devices quick. Would recommend and buy again from them.

Gracias 🙏 ✅✅

the seller offered me help in a very short time and I solved the problem of a device purchased 2 years before. I didn't think I would find help after such a long time. I highly recommend

Bought a dp 300 plus update, the manager responded very quickly and helped order a purchase from Russia, great store!!
