I have just installed software for the VAG group from obdii365 and I also got remote installation done for me. A very competent and nice team to work with. All my questions were answered and I was assured of continued support in case of any issues. I hope to get all my other software from the obdii365 team since they are very reliable. Despite the 5hour time difference from where I am they worked with me until the installation was over and it is working very well. Goede prijs betaald voor een Panasonic tablet, zat gratis passende diagnosesoftware bij. Tablet meer dan tevreden, software is echt slecht. Veel Chinees wat niet om te zetten is in Engels of Nederlands, en de diagnosesoftware is niet werkend te krijgen.

Contact met hun is okay, ze hebben het via TeamViewer werkend gekregen maar na herstart alles weer error.

Be very careful with purchasing from this Company especially if your from the UK I bought a OBD Star key programmer that’s not working correctly and the That’s over 6 months from contacting them and still haven’t received my Programmer back or fixed ,Just constant questions and so 6 months later I’m without my £800 programmer .

It was my first purchase with OBD365. The level of communication is excellent, especially using WhatsApp. Processing before shipping was 2 days but my package arrived quickly via dhl. That's 7 days total after payment.
