Very friendly staff go out of their way to accommodate you especially as having not booked in when arriving they had a member of maintenance staff to look over a problem and sorting out the issues that had occurred

I have had Motorhomes for over 30 years American, European and UK and Oaktree Motorhomes have given the BEST sales experience I have ever had and their After Sales service is second to NONE. They are Polite, Professional, Friendly & Genuin and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Motorhome.

We bought out motorhome about 3 weeks ago from Oaktree. We went to quite a few main dealers (and some not so main) before going to Oaktree to view motorhomes. We only went to look as we did with the others, but we were blown away, not just by the perfect motorhome that ticked all our boxes, but how friendly yet professional the staff are here. Nobody bothers you, and all the motorhomes are open to view. The reception area is comfortable with coffee, kit-kats and a friendly receptionist. Our salesman Neil couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. He answered all of our questions and then some. Although, we only went to look, we were so impressed overall that we put a deposit down on a Hymer T668 SL. As with all the motorhomes we viewed here, they all looked fantastic inside and out. I would say the best used motorhomes I'd seen anywhere. We have been out a few times in our Hymer, as first time motorhome owners, it's a learning curve, but Neil and David in service are just a phone call away to still bombard them with more questions. We found a couple of little minor issues which aren't worth mentioning, but Oaktree are sorting it. But honestly for an 8 year old vehicle it's immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Oaktree for your motorhome, we wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Absolutely fabulous buying experience from Oaktree motorhomes. No pressure selling, just look around and if you need help ask. Our salesman Jason was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and trustworthy. Everything he said he was going to do, he did.
The vehicle when handed over to us was immaculately clean and was like brand new.
We would highly recommend Oaktree, in fact we wouldn’t buy a used motorhome from anywhere else. The aftersales and warranty are outstanding, Jason is only a phone call away if we need advice.

This is our second motorhome bought from Oaktree. Their sales team and their service department are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, they listen, they then explain what they're going to do and get on with the job.. They're happy to work on an A class where an awful lot of service centres refuse due to the difficulty of servicing through a very small bonnet.

You really can't trust them.

We liked Oaktree the best out of all the motor home places we visited ,all the motor homes are unlocked and you don't get any hassle at all from the sales guys, but they are there if you want any help.
