1. The smell is absolutely beautiful due to the natural terpenes
2. It gets rid of all frizz giving my hair a soft shiny look with 3c hair all of my life I've finally found products that work and smell great!

Love the products

Love the products, love the brand. My order was in transit and hadnt updated in days and i was really concerned about it. I contacted customer services on instgram and they responded straight away. Great customer services. As for the flourish my scalp feels so soothed. Love this product

Great products

Nylah hair products has had a great impact on my children’s hair and also on my own it gives a good shine and also softness with it. I have not even had any problems it’s all good affects on the kids hair and also on mine. I will defo be getting more products from them.

Obsessed 🤩

Do not listen to other reviews! These products are a game changer! My sons Afro hair is in the best condition it’s ever been in! His natural curls are defined and soft and most importantly hydrated! The company have been great, fast delivery to Northern Ireland! Thank you so much I’m obsessed and so grateful to have found natural products for my sons hair!

Item ordered in Jan 24 still not delivered in Oct 24

I really didn’t want to write this review as I like the products and want to support independent businesses. I ordered the Flourish Hair Restorative Serum in January 2024, but it was out of stock. My money was taken for the product. Initially, Nylah's customer service was responsive when I contacted them and informed me that the product would be back in stock by July and would be sent to me then.

However, despite seeing that the product is now in stock, I have not received any response to my follow-up inquiries. I have contacted customer service three times since the product became available, but I have yet to receive a reply or the serum.

I would still like the item. I am worried to order from this company in the future.

While this process should have ensured timely delivery, it’s possible that your order was unfortunately lost in transit. In such cases, we offer customers the option of a full refund if they choose not to wait for redelivery. If you had previously emailed requesting a refund, we would have actioned this promptly.

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Biggest scam ever! I was so excited to try their products on my daughter. I ordered 22nd Sep and still haven't received my order and no reply from customer services after multiple attempts. They sell products that are out of stock and keep your money!

I hope this message finds you well. We have responded to your email several times and we even attempted to call you regarding your order.

Your order was dispatched in September, but unfortunately, it is currently showing as in transit. Given that it has been in transit for some time, it appears it may have been lost by Royal Mail.

According to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions, we must wait ten working days before we can submit an investigation request. After that, it may take them several additional days to provide a response. During this period, there is still a chance that your order may arrive at any time.

We appreciate that this is frustrating for you and we asked for patience as we navigated this situation. A full refund has been issued to you. We can alsp see products are still in transit with Royal mail and could still arrive to you. We will continue to monitor the tracking and will be in touch if they are delivered to you

Best on the market!

I've been using Nylah's hair products for the past 4 weeks and I couldn't be happier!

The products small amazing, that make my hair feel so soft. I've also noticed that a little goes a long way, so you don't need to use much product, to get great results.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order on the 28th September, which I understand they were experiencing delays. However, all my emails bounced back and I had been unable to make any contact. The products finally arrived this morning but it was not the order that I placed. I have contacted the Nylah Naturals via email this morning, given there was no returns paperwork enclosed. I hope that I receive a positive response as I really wanted to support this organisation but feeling very let down so far and therefore this hangs in the balance.

***UPDATE - 24Oct24***
As a follow up to my review posted earlier this month, this is to fairly point out that my original emails bounced back as there was a typo in the email address I used. Once I used the correct email I received a response from Capreece who provided a status update on my order.

I would also like to correct my prior comment as the products received was not incorrect, but an item was missing (due to delays). That said, I can confirm the delayed item was received this morning, and therefore my order has been completed in full.

I have therefore changed my review status from 1 to 3 stars, with the potential of being 4*.

NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED

I am stil yet to recieve products i purchased a hair bundle for £69 and it was due to come on friday it is now Tuesday and i still have not received anything!!! The tracking number that was given to me from royal mail is in valid!!! Can someone from customer care get in touch as i need to know whats going on!

Not for my permed hair.

This product is expensive. I expected a lot more from it did not meet my expectations at all. My hair started to break. I presume this is a keratin product. My afro hair is permed. I contacted Nylah before purchasing to ask if suitable. They said yes. It's not. The shampoo is no different to any other cheaper shampoo. What is more disappointing is the conditioner. Firstly hard to get out of the bottle. It thick so should be luscious. Hair left hard and dry and brittle. Breakage starts upon applying and worsens over time. I would not recommend for permed hair. Now stuck with hardly used £30 products. Shame really as other reviews are positive. That's MY experience don't be put off trying.

Avoid this company

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered well over a month ago. One of the items they sent me was the wrong product. I contacted them to ask them to correct it. They ignored my emails for over two weeks. I had to send 10 emails before they finally replied. Telling me they would get back to me shortly . Then no contact from them again, so I had to send another couple of emails. They have now instructed me to send back the wrong item that I was sent, then they will send me what I ordered. I am disabled, so It will not be easy to get to the post office to return the item. And by this point I do not really trust them to send me the item they owe me. Really shoddy treatment and had been going on for well over a month.

While we aim to respond within two working days, an influx of customer service inquiries can sometimes lead to delays. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We understand that you received an incorrect product in your order. Once our customer service advisor confirmed your corrected order, we promptly sent you the right item. During this process, we requested that you return the unwanted product, with the return costs covered by us.

We also noted your mobility issues,once you mentioned them to us and I want to assure you that the Nylah family does not tolerate discrimination in any form.
a request to return an unwanted item is a standard process, we of course try to support with any disability needs once we are made aware of them. as we had done in this instance. We therefore dispatched a second replacement on 9th September. Unfortunately, Royal Mail could not deliver the parcel to your address and instead handed it to your neighbour. We understand your frustration that royal mail delivered to your neighbour, especially given your mobility challenges, but please know that we have no control over Royal Mail's delivery process.

All delivery'ss received email or text notifications from Royal Mail regarding the expected delivery time and date of your item, which allows you to adjust the delivery date and location if you’re not going to be home.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Edited review after resolution

I didn’t want to have to leave a bad review here but after trying to contact customer service several times in multiple ways to amend my subscription because it won’t let me on the website I just cannot get a response. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service with a company before. So disappointing because the products are great but I didn’t need another lot this month. I would be very grateful if somebody could get back to me.
UPDATED:
I received a phone call from a lovely lady who informed me that they had emailed me back but due to a technical error (in my emails I think) it was not received. My apologies and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend!

As you can see from the activity we emailed to, your subscription was paused on 9th August, at 1pm only 2 hours after you contacted us. We acted immediately to pause your subscription and also emailed you a magic link to allow you to reactivate or cancel your subscription as needed. We have sent you evidence of our actions and correspondence to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder for this email. Additionally, please note that we received only one email from you on 9th August and responded to it straight away.

I’ve resent the magic link via email to enable you to manage your subscription. But as mentioned in the email we sent, please be sure to check your junk mail, and rest assured that we won’t take any further subscription payments until you choose to reactivate your account.

Poor customer service

My husband ordered the bundle range of Shampoo, conditioner, hairspray and the leave in conditioner from the actual website on the 1st of July, he paid for next day delivery which never came the next day, he received the products on the 6th of July and he was missing the leave in conditioner, we understand it was out of stock but why take the money from him? He has emailed about 3/4 times asking where this product is as we were told it came back in stock on the 8th of July, he’s still waiting for a response, no refund has been given either, so frustrating and disappointing on the poor customer service. I really wanted to try the leave in conditioner and now I’m worried about ordering this as it may not arrive. Order number: Order #9850 Name: Bent

When he placed his order, our website indicated that the leave-in cream was on back order with a specified delivery date. Upon checking your tracking details with Royal Mail, I see that the cream has been re-dispatched, suggesting it may have been lost in transit.

Could you please email us copies of all the emails your husband sent? This will help us investigate why we didn't receive them. I will also re-dispatch the leave-in cream to you today via 24-hour delivery.

Really good

I gave nylah naturals a try as at the…

I gave nylah naturals a try as at the time i was interested in the idea of a new haircare routine for myself, since then it has been my main source of shampoo and conditioner, my go to was head and shoulders before this, but from discovering this product it has done wonders for my hair, my hair is very tight and curly and always rolls up in knots. When i apply the shampoo i feel like its actively loosening the knots as i wash giving my hair a more flexible and silky feel, once washed i apply the conditioner which then boosts the silkyness giving my hair a smooth soft finish. For young and old i would recommend nylah hair care to anyone and if you haven't tried it then you need to it will change ur hairs life.
