Reactiavted subscription 2yrs later without permission
Cancelled subscription in 2023. 2 years later they reactivated subscription without my permission. Requested order to be cancelled but they wouldn't. Goods sent to old address. And refused to give me a refund. Customer service is atrocious.

Straight Forward Exchange Refused

I received my bundle order from Nylah almost a week ago. Realising that I had ordered Flourish instead of Thrive with the bundle, I contacted customer service to explain that using Flourish on a previous occasion had resulted in excessive shedding and I had meant to order Thrive. Bear in mind that Thrive is also part of a bundle offer at the moment. I was told that if I could return the whole bundle unused, I could have a refund, otherwise I would have to buy the Thrive separately. I explained that I have not used the Flourish, and perhaps I should have made the most of their money back guarantee when I used Flourish the 1st, as it didn't work.
I also explained that I thought their approach was a cynical one; only seemingly caring about grabbing more money, as opposed to giving a repeat customer a straightforward swap.
I have heard nothing from this team since. So here I am now with 2 bottles of Flourish I can't use. One of which remains completely untouched.
I should have asked for a refund from my first bottle of Flourish. I have been ignored now, regarding a perfectly reasonable request. I even send a picture of my previous unused bottle of Flourish.
The proceeding stream replies referred to are irrelevant; a moot point. They were added statements and proof to my original request for an exchange. The exchange was the issue, and you could have offered the option to pay the difference between the price of a bundle FLOURISH and a full priced THRIVE, but it seems you went for the MAXIMUM money making option.
I fully understand that some shedding should be expected before a product is expected to show any result, which is why I used a bottle and a half of the stuff previously before realised is doesn't work for me. Look at my order history.
Can I take it then, after reading you policy that, if the most recent bundle doesn't work for me, that I can return the bundle for a full refund within 28th days???
Reply or not if you wish. The amount of shedding after a month and a half of using FLOURISH from previous orders created enough SHEDDING for me to not want to continue for the 150 days suggested on your website, as there was a clear risk of going bald. Not worth it just to get a refund, I think. However, you claim that THRIVE works with hormones and that is what I wanted. It's not a gotcha moment for taking out the time to remind me about the bundle mistake I admitted to making in the first place. I have seen 2 professional trichologists. My scalp is healthy, and I have no significant deficiency that could impact hair growth. If by ' working with' me, you mean condescending lecture, then well done. Perhaps another mug will let their hair drop out for 150 days when it clearly isn't working, in order to meet your criteria for an exchange or refund. You are banking on worried older women with good incomes. Awful practice.

Nylahnaturals have literally changed my granddaughters hair care experience. As a neurodivergent little girl she has always struggled with hair washing, brushing and styling. I bought her shampoo, conditioner and oil, and wow, such a difference. The oil even makes light work of the dreads she gets when she has slept. I would 100% recommend these products ❤️

Their product made my hair worse
I was quite enthusiastic to come across these products. They were UK based and featured black women. When I initially contacted them, the communication was great and I followed through on the recommended products primarily Flourish to help address CCCA. However less than a month later I started to lose more hair and more bald spots were created. I was in a panic and reached out to them twice. Over 10 days now and they have not responded. Another waste of money and these little bottles are not cheap. They claim to care about us but the care went missing after purchase when you needed them the most. Would not recommend.

Nylah's has a wide range of products all of which have proven to be excellent.
The creams and spray make your hair feel smooth and glossy without being excessively greasy or oily.
All of my family have found the condition of our hair has improved since we started using these products.
The scent is really nice and light and isnt overpowering.
Excellent design and packaging.

I had read many reviews before trying the products, hoping the product is sincere and not another gimmick.
I was very pleased that there were products specific to Afro hair available, to help with the problems we tend to experience.
The positive reviews gave me the confidence to try the products.
The shampoo and conditioner were very nice and nourished my hair.
The moisturising cream and oil felt very nice for my hair.
I also tried the serum on an area of hair which was thin and patch saw an improvement.
I look forward to using these products on my hair journey.

Amazing products!
Amazing products and great customer service. The products have done wonders for my baby girls hair. Her hair is flourishing and well moisturised but use to be dry, brittle and breaking. Fantastic products and will continue to use for the entire family. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service
After receiving a faulty hair mist, I reached out to Nylah’s customer support, and the lovely Shovon handled the issue perfectly and promptly. Although there were some initial communication issues, they were quickly resolved, and I have now received a replacement with swift delivery. I was genuinely impressed by how Shovon managed the situation with such courtesy and professionalism. This is what you call a company that truly values customer satisfaction and strives to provide a positive experience. I will definitely be ordering again, and I hope Nylah continues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Bundle purchase
After reading reviews on how good these products were I decided to place an order. Unfortunately I made the decision to cancel and request a full refund. No acknowledgement and they couldn’t even stick to their own rules regarding posting the items, maybe the items weren’t in stock. However, common sense with a notification why the items weren’t despatched. I refuse to do business with anyone/company who cannot stick to their own rules. Refund received.

Poor customer service and unauthorised purchase!
I ordered from Nyoah and made an amendment to my subscription on my account to suit my requirements. This was ignored and I was sent and charged for a product before the time specified (Jan 2025). I then emailed receipt of a ‘despatch email’ to request the item be shipped in line with my required timeline on my account and received no response. I cancelled my subscription straight after Nylah had taken payment for the unauthorised order. I have now received (May 2025) an email chasing payment for the next order ready to despatch declined by my bank with subsequent chaser emails. Please engage with your customers. This is poor customer service. I no longer wish to receive your product!
