PILLOW FLAT AS A PANCAKE EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Just completed my 4th night with a Nuzzle Pillow. Every morning I woke up on a FLAT PILLOW. NO BETTER THAN THE REST.
I have now ordered another set of pillows thru Amazon, which I should have done in this case. I want to return and get a full refund, but my hopes are not high. I will let you know later what happens when I contact Customer Service. Wish me luck!

This company would not cancel my order…

This company would not cancel my order and then when they finally got back with me to tell me where I could return it to they did not give me my full price back!!! They are thieves
They not only charge you for shipping it to you they make you pay the shipping back. Unless you are sure that you want this product don’t even bother doing it online. I cannot recommend this company. I am sending them an item that has never been opened and they’re not giving me my money back.

“Risk Free” offer not true

Pillow simply did not work for me personally. Support made several suggestions which I followed to no avail. But had to insist on a full refund which was granted EXCEPT I’m expected to pay for the return. I’ve seen free return comments on their website but this wasn’t how they crafted their “risk free” trial. So beware as these are heavy and UPS:FedEx/USPS makes it difficult to recoup your purchase. a 40% partial refund ( second offer mind you) still leaves you in the hole on this “risk free” offer whether you accept it or send it back at your expense.

Pillow is too small. One pillow is too soft and the other too hard.

Pillow has done nothing too improve my neck pain. Have been using the soft one because the hard one is too,hard. Pillow is too small and goes flat .Needs constant fluffing. Sorry I bought it. I really do believe your reviews are fake and your just ripping people off. Been using it for 2 weeks.

Do NOT purchase this pillow

While the pillow is well-made, it was not for me. I had read the rave reviews on their site, but they omitted some important facts. The reduced price was $49. However, by the time shipping and handling, as well as taxes and insurance were added, the total was $71.93. The pillow comes with two inserts and an outer cover. The inserts arrived shrink-wrapped to fit in a smaller box. If you have to return the pillow because it doesn't fit your needs, you are stuck putting the pillow into a larger box and paying for shipping. When I inquired about the return address so I could return the product and get a refund, customer service tried to get me to keep the product and accept a 25% refund of $17.25. I packed up the pillow, went to the post office to return it, and it was going to cost me $74 to return it. That is more than the pillow. There is no way I could stuff the pillow and the inserts into the original box. I returned home after locating a smaller box and packed it up again. I went to UPS. It was going to cost me $49 to return the product. At this writing, I am trying to figure out how to shrink-wrap the pillow and return it in the same box. Wish me luck. I do NOT recommend this product. If I had read the reviews here on Trustpilot, I would never have ordered the pillow to begin with. I hope others read my review and think about it before purchasing from this company.

Nuzzle Pillow works best with only one lining!

I don't understand how anyone who actually slept with a Nuzzle pillow could give it less than 4 stars. I'm a side-sleeper that moves back and forth quite a bit, but tend to favor resting more on my left. I think it's because years ago I read that lying on your right side is unhealthy, as it puts pressure on critical organs. [Look it up!]

Getting back to the rating; I didn't care much for both linings, as it makes the pillow too big and thick. This is not even healthy as it breaks the horizontal alignment of your neck. Once I removed the smaller/thinner lining, it was perfect. With just the one bigger lining, I give it 5 stars!

The pillow does not have quality…

The pillow does not have quality materials. It does not do as it states. And the trturn policy is THEY DON'T. Nuzzle offers a 20% discount to you to keep the pillow, or ship back at your cost . Bad customer service

Sadly for me

Sadly for me, I believed the hype. I wanted this pillow to be all that it was "guaranteed " to be, that my neck and shoulder pain would magically disappear on night one- or at least by the end of week one. No, Sir. Just a pillow. A rather expensive pillow, to be sure, but a pillow like all the rest. You put a case on it, put it at the head end of your bed and lay your head on it to go to sleep. No magic, no special support, no disappearing pain, no better or worse than any other pillow except that it costs more than most. And that "guaranteed " stuff? Nonsense. If you use it, you own it. Of course you don't know that until you already have it. Im old enough to have known better. Too bad for me.

Pillows are great...customer service unprofessional and lacking.

Pillows are great. However, took almost a month for them to ship. Than shipped to wrong address, in another state. Many phone calls and emails to customer support before getting them to ship to correct address. They say you need their special pillow cases. Can get better pillow cases at Walmart for far less. When my order finally arrived it was incorrect. After the crummy customer service, I finally just asked for a refund for the missing items. They refunded part of the product price but not the whole. Will never do business with them again.

Advertising indicates that returns are welcome. They neglect to reveal that you pay the postage for the return, which amounts to almost 50% of the purchase price!!

Nuzzle pillow

With two pillows together for side sleepers it is quite hard. The company says that it will give refunds but they pressured me to keep the pillows, They want you to try other options and made trying to return it annoying.

Do not buy if you are a side sleeper

Do not buy if you are a side sleeper! Pillow is way too flat for side sleepers! Customer service is horrible and gives you the run around, will not ship you a return label for pillows to be returned. Customer has to pay the cost of returns even when their pillow doesn’t do what they claim it does! Do not purchase from them!

Would not pay for return postage!!!

I ordered 2 pillows from Nuzzle. I liked it ok but my husband did not. I did not open the second pillow because I wanted it to be unused if I returned it.
The refund policy says, "Contact our full-time dedicated support team for assistance. They will be happy to process your refund for you."
They would not pay for the pillow to be returned!!!! The return was going to cost over $22 for me to mail it. The pillow was $49. They finally settled to give me a refund for a little more than half price to keep it. Saying I could save it for later or give it as a gift! This pillow was never even opened! I see on Amazon that the pillow costs less, and Amazon is excellent with returns. If you want to try this pillow, do not buy it from NUZZLE!! Terrible deceptive return policy!!!

I purchased five of the king size…

I purchased five of the king size nuzzle pillows with pillow cases. All the other pillows I’ve tried have left me with a headache and terrible sore neck. After one week sleeping on the king nuzzle headaches are gone along with the bad neck pain. Three other family members also love the king size pillow. All that is shown in the website is absolutely true

Pillow is excellent

Pillow is excellent. The weight adjusting support provided a comfortable sleep. I have neck problems so position is important to not cause neck/arm pain. I had to remove a layer to get the right position for me. Best feature is the cover design. The full 2 side zipper makes assembly easy. I’m replacing a fairly hard memory pillow.

Great Pillow…

I’ve been searching seems like forever to find a great pillow…I suffer from neck pain and this pillow seems to alíviate this pain when I sleep. Both my wife and I are loving it. We highly recommend it!

Speen ruikt naar chemicaliën

Ik heb een speentje voor mijn dochter gekocht.
In eerste instantie bleek het goed te zijn en was ik erg tevreden mee.
Tot mijn verbazing kwam er een rare geur van de speen af.
Ook mijn dochter der mondje ruikt na 2 dagen nog steeds naar chemicaliën.
Ik maak mij ernstige zorgen. En krijg geen bericht op mijn email die ik gestuurd heb.
