Pillow is not what they say, comes in two parts that you have to try and see if it will work, the basic part is quite soft, the second is softer but when added to the other part the pillow is "over stuffed" and actually hard. Ad states that the pillow can be returned if not suitable, have been trying for days and just get the run around, be very careful.
Stay AWAY!
I mistakenly ordered a pillow on 3/16/26. I sent nuzzle a request within 5 minutes to cancel the order and was told it was already processed and they couldn’t stop it. A month later it finally showed up Nevada to South Carolina, I could have walked faster. Now I have sent two emails to Nuzzle, with no reply, to get my return and refund started.
Another one of those Facebook companies that I would recommend staying far, far away from!!! Seems to be the common theme on companies advertising oh Facebook!
Not holding a whole lot of hope out for this!!
What a hassle!
I origianlly ordered this pillow through a facebook ad, after not getting a order confirmtion i reached out directly to the company. They found my order after much back and forth and said they would be sending me my product. Another week went by and still nothing, i ended up ordering the product off Amazon and got it that week. The issue isnt the product...its the hassle and run around ive been getting from the company who has stated they have my order ( i canceled after getting through amazon) i was expecting a refund which they said i should have within 5-10 buiness days. ( funny how that works when they took the money right away ) This all started in Jan 2026, as of today 3.16.26 i still have not gotten my refund and now they are not answering any kind of communication about this. I would say if you want to try this product...just order through amazon and save yourself the hassle.

$78 for overpriced Chinese pillows
$78 for overpriced Chinese pillows. You can buy the same thing at Walmart for less than half. Don't waste your money. Returns are a major hassle. I had to email them 3 times just to get the return address. They kept trying to get me to keep them by offering discounts. Definitely the runaround. $26 to return them from the post office, which I had to pay.

Asked for return of 5 items. After numerous requests, I finally received a return shipping address; paid $118 to return the Nuzzle items; UPS returned the product to me because it was undeliverable!!!!
Do NOT purchase from this company. They are HORRIBLE in every aspect.
Just ordered 1 queen size pillow…
Just ordered 1 queen size pillow nothing else before check out everything looked correct after my card went through my order showed up at 184+ dollars rather than 45+ . I immediately called they had no idea what happened would check it out while talking to elissa? She was pleasant then I told her to just cancel it all she just hung up, I just feel they are not truthful
Pillow gets harder with short time.
Pillow seen ok for a while. Then side of head and ear pain laying hour or more on side. There is no air flow in pillow becomes hot laying on it in time .
Ordered shredded gel memory foam from Ebay and pulled big pillow out and replaced it with foam. OK now to sleep on.
This purchase was a mistake!
This purchase was a mistake. Not only is it extremely heavy for a pillow, it’s just as hard. The hardness pitches your head at an extreme angle - I didn’t get much sleep with this pillow. I gave it 3 weeks and decided to take the loss. Additionally, I responded to a sale price of $39 but was charged full price for 2 pillows! That was a fight getting a refund for the 2nd pillow.
Not a trustworthy company
This pillow did not work for me as it was very uncomfortable. I planned to return it but was offered a minor discount to keep it. I wanted a full return of my money and opted to mail it back at my own expense. They said they would refund the total cost of the pillow. The return was costly and I never got my refund. I sent several emails and each response was an apology and an excuse of their system have trouble. It has been almost 2 months and I have not received the return amount I was promised.
DON'T order from NUZZEL
DON'T order from NUZZEL. They baited and switched!! My wife ordered ONE pillow ($49) from Nuzzle. Nuzzle sent FOUR pillows and billed her $149 for FOUR. A few minutes after she placed the order, she saw NUZZEL's mistake via a confirmation email. She immediately responded with an email to CANCEL the order. NUZZEL responded that it was TOO LATE to cancel since the order was already shipped - within a period of about 20-30 minutes from placing the order.

Bought 2. One was thrown out within a month. The second is on it's way. Extremely disappointed.
Now I know why they pushed so hard for me to keep and not return.

I absolutely love these pillows
I absolutely love these pillows. I would recommend to any and everyone. I constantly had neck stiffness and aches. Since using Nuzzle pillows, I don't suffer with that anymore. I also had a hard time staying asleep at night due to turning and tossing. Now I tend to sleep through the night with minimal turning and tossing. I have purchased so many pillows trying to find one I like. So glad I purchased these pillows. I just ordered 2 more today.

Ordered 4 pillows. All four of us are extremely disappointed in the comfort of the pillows. We all went back to using our old pillows and will be sending these back. Advertising these pillows they are a joke. DO NOT BUY.

I recieved what was ordered at price quoted. Was quite sceptical with it being so poofy. I thought, How is that going to work? But woke up and for the first time in months, my neck and shoulder did NOT ache as always. Granted was first nite but sure glad I ordered!!

They are deceptive thought I was paying…
They are deceptive thought I was paying $35 but ended up paying $164 would not let u cancel. Or change order. Cannot reach them. Do not order.

I originally wanted to order 1 pillow then like a dumb as I changed order to 2 pillows. I emailed well over 10 times & called for order to be canceled. Got charged $142. Received 3 pillows & 2 pillow cases. When finally got ahold of their "customer service", I asked to talk to supervisor. Was told wasn't one there. Asked to be transferred to shipping dept, was told couldn't do that. The next day, I shipped it through FedEx. Cost me $56 to ship it back to them. So essentially, I'm out $200 for crap don't even have. Nothing was opened in box. They've had their product back since Dec 1, 2025. As of Jan 20 still no refund. I'm calling Better Business Bureau to see if they can get refund back.
