Awful experience - please think twice before buying
I saw this company advertising some very attractive looking rings. They had a sale on at the time and thinking it would be a good opportunity to invest in nice jewellery and also get presents for friends and family. Thinking that it would be a good buy, I naively bought some rings from Nuvoria Boutique.
I used their sizing chart (I took measurements on three different occasions in case I had made a mistake - something that I always do). I got the same measurements and equivalent ring size each time so I ordered the rings to the size. When they arrived the rings were huge! Moreover, they also failed to send one of the rings that I had ordered.
I contacted the company straight away. I had to send several photos and screenshots on multiple occasions before they believed me and refunded the money for the missing ring. I asked to exchange the rings that were too large but they keep saying that it is too expensive to return anything, despite their website stating that you can "Return without any problem, even sale items". The issue still has not been resolved but I have wasted almost £80 on products that have no use to me and are far too large to give to anyone that I know.
It has been an awful and horrible experience which has wasted a considerable amount of my time and caused unnecessary stress (it is still not resolved yet). I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from this website to think about what they are ordering very carefully. Their return policy is a shambles and I would definitely not trust their sizing charts.
