I felt that the salads were not as filling. The chips with the breakfast were mushy and not good. Overall the breakfasts and dinners were great. Lots of flavor.

I've had two meals so far and everything is tasty and fresh. I also think the team of people make this company, they're kind and clearly on a joint mission. Keep it up :)

Update: N4L contacted me to get my opinion on the food, and what might make it tastier to me. I was impressed with that & the customer service in general! They offered to send me a 2nd Trial Box or a free olive oil. Best of luck N4L and thank you!

Sorry, I really wanted to love this, but, I found the food very bland and tasteless. Somethings should not be frozen, like lettuce for the salads. The fish completely dries out when you cook it. I ended up throwing it all out. I tried 3 of the meals, and could not take more the a couple of bites. So, I tossed all of them.

I really taste the difference between this
olive oil and the one I buy in the store! I love it in my salads and I will continue to use this olive oil.

Though the food wasn't for me, the customer service was excellent and they truly care about everyone's experience. I got a full refund because I wasn't happy. They went above and beyond.

This program is fantastic! Not only is the food delicious, but it has such high fiber and nutritional value that I haven’t felt hungry since I started the program three days ago. I’m super impressed and will be sharing my positive experience with family and friends. It’s great to know vegan eating can be so simple and satisfying!

I will try for another week. So far the meals are very hit or miss with taste. Some are really good, others are completely tasteless.

The science backing the food is second to none. I recommend this diet to everyone desiring to live a long and healthy life. I am a spice-a-holic, so I find myself adding some habanero taco sauce or other spices to dishes. However, for the spice-naive person, I thought they did a great job flavoring it with the subtle use of spices. I just like the spice a little more in my face.

The Pescatarian food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and can be quickly prepared. I love having a fresh salad for lunch everyday. Unfortunately, I didn't care for several of the breakfasts and received them several times in subsequent orders. I would have given 5 stars if the consumer could choose which meals would be sent each week from a wider selection. When the food box is delivered by UPS, the drivers turn the box in all directions when handling. This disturbs the food inside. It would be good to include a "this side up" message on boxes in the future. Broken taco shells might be less likely. The pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to use Nutrition for Longevity.

I loved the lunches and dinners!!! So satisfying and filling!! The extra fiber makes these meals so different than other prepared meals which have always left me hungry! And so many nutrients in all those different veg!

I don’t give five star because I can’t do nightshades without getting joint pain and I wish there were more meals without them. But other than that. Yum!

Missing breakfasts meals and lunches. Some meals are even labeled wrong. Disaster. I canceled immediately.

The food is disgusting. Portions are small and the food is tasteless.

I love this food. Having tried lots of different food services, this one if far and above the best.

225 pounds @ 6’3” a little small but everything tasty

my package was delivered to my door, I was notified by UPS that it was delivered. It arrived at lunch time. my first meal was great. Looking forward to the rest.

I received a box of produce that was warm, smelled because the 2 ice packs were room temp. Various plastic containers were open and almost everything was strewn all over in the large amount of empty space. The 4 potatoes were soft and small and it wasn’t anything like I expected or thought I was paying for. However I gave them three stars because they responded immediately when I emailed them and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service.
