Very poor indeed ordered tablets through this company in good faith which were promoted as coming from the US they arrived from Singapore
No directions or instructions for safe dosage
I have emailed this company at least 6 times requesting a response and a FULL REFUND
ALSO AFTER THEY DEDUCTED THE REQUIRED PAYMENT THEY WITHOUT AUTHORISATION DECIDED TO DEDUCT A SECOND PAYMENT
BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS CLEARLY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I love vegetable and was excited to hear they would be fresh....but no..the vegetable were way over boiled and completely destroyed any nutrient they would have...its like eating water...and the shrimp were also way over cooked it was like eating a taste less piece of rubber.... I thought maybe it was the only one that was bad. But no, every single one, it's like they just threw stuff in a giant pot and was boiling it for days, I've never eaten something so disgusting and misleading on nutrition...

Late/ missing/ over temperature/ misleading nutritional labels on home delivered meals. Delivery dates and times vary widely. Frozen food may arrive at air temperature, boxes damaged, or without proper temperature controlled packaging.
My meals will often arrive late (if at all) and ONTRAC is notorious for not giving accurate delivery times or at my garage side door. They have yet to righ the doorbell or knock. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
N4L changed their menu in June 2025. While I understand rice is easier for seniors to digest, changing to 3/4 rice (4.3 g of protein per cup) and 1/4 meat proteins (20-30g per 3.5 ounce serving) and vegetables is NOT a healthy diet.
Additionally, If the senior has a food/gluten allergy and diabetic this limits their diet to unhealthy levels of carbs even in the lower carbohydrate meals.
WARNING!!!!!: DO NOT rely on the nutrition labels for insulin dosages! When a meal's first ingredient is rice, even if it is brown rice, it will be MORE than 45 carbs. I weighed and measured 2 separate meals and they were 1-1/2 to 2 cups of rice per meal! That is 60-90 carbs just for the rice!!! That is NOT healthy. It's cheap dog food! Meals are consistently lacking in protein with meat cubes that weighed in at less than an ounce each. The rest of the required protein is provided through increasing the amount of filler (rice).

I've copied and pasted the email I sent to N.F.L. I mean every word sincerely. These folks are truly dedicated too their customers and menus.
Just wanted to say thank you and kudos on the recent changes you've made too your menu and seasonings! The added seasonings are great! I especially love the butter salmon! I've sworn to NEVER eat asparagus, yet here I am! I've never eaten orzo, and now I want it every day. You've not only expanded my pallet but shrunken my tummy with your healthy meals!!! And at a cost my insurance covers! Wow , and thank you so much! P.S. I am anxiously waiting to try your pot roast! Thank you again

On another note, all my life I've had a pretty poor diet and now, being 56 i must make a change as I'm border line diabetic.
I absolutely know that these meals will be life changing for me. I've been way over weight for the past decade, these meals are a game changer and life saver!
And DO NOT be concerned with portion size! I have too force myself too finish the single portion. They are super filling!

I selected this service for my relative and she's mostly pleased with her meals. They seem fresh, and she can recognize all of the ingredients. Not a lot of seasoning, but that's an easy fix. Unlike her previous service, these meals are mostly non-gmo- the only exception I've found is the pretzels they send her as a snack. My only gripe is the delivery service they use is trash. We've had multiple drivers, and there's only been one that hasn't launched the package at our door like we've wronged them somehow. Sometimes the meals have arrived damaged, possibly as a result of the thrown package. They also have arrived loudly talking and disruptive. I've already reached out to n4l regarding this. Is having class and/or a little self respect too much to ask? Since my original complaint- for 2 deliveries there was improvement. After those 2, the trash returned. I'm over it and ready to cancel, but my relative wants to continue the service for now. We typically receive her order 2 days after it's shipped, which raises some safety concerns and normally shorts her a meal because if the top is domed that's a sign of temperature changes and I'm not feeding that to my loved one. If they can get a better delivery service, this place could be ranked higher. I am also really thankful for the calls for order placement, I think that's really helpful.

I’m giving at least one star because of the idea and concept behind it, healthy meal plans.
My mom chose nutrition for longevity for her delivered meals under her Aged and disabled waiver in Indiana. Health codes state when you send fresh food, it needs to stay at a temperature of at least 40° or less. Since she chose this company, she has consistently received meals that are too hot. I started putting a food thermometer In these meals upon arrival, and I am seeing salmon at 55°. It’s too hot! This would not be safe for a medically fragile elderly person Or anyone with a weakened immune system. I reached out via email and phone to customer service without a successful Resolution. The food is shipped in a cardboard box with a foil liner. There is one gel type ice pack in the bottom of the box that is always fully melted. The food meals are stacked on that one ice pack, so the Entrée closest to the ice pack may be close to proper temp, but 40°. it’s not enough to keep all of the food cold. I think the packaging needs reviewed and I think they may need to consider overnighting if they are going to do fresh food…. Or freeze it.
Unfortunately, we will have to change providers.

They have no food if you have Acid Reflux/GERD or IBS. All food either are spicy, have tomato sauce/lemon juice or chocolate. CS Reps who give assessment have no idea what Reflux is and dont understand what you cant eat. First Delivery all had tomato sauce/lemon juice or spicy. They also didnt understand difference between Hamburger meat and protein. When I said no hamburger meat they also included no chicken/pork/turkey. Replacement sent was 14 meals of Chocolate zucchini bread. I had to donate all and cancelled

Late first delivery, and completely didn’t send the second one even though I was charged (I eventually got a refund). The food was not my taste and I was starving on just the meals alone. Only came with two days of “breakfast” which was a piece of cake. Customer service was nice but I definitely did not enjoy this and would not recommend it or do it again. Very high fat and low protein also.

My mom gets these through her health insurance and I was very excited about them due to the quality of the ingredients. However having tasted quite a few of them they are quite bland. The ingredients are healthy which is important but the flavor is just not there. Not great.
They can be edible if you take the food as a base and add your own spices.
She is trying to weed out the ones she likes and re-order those.

I had to throw away 3 of my meals of a 10 meal plan as they were bad.
I ordered from them in the past and waited almost a year to see if they improved, unfortunately No!
What I dont like is it is a pre fix menu so if you don't like something you can't sub it.
Pasta dishes don't survive the transit and they are pure mush when you get them.
Whomever is cooking seems to have a very limited palate there is always Tex Mex that is fine if you like it but most of the meals I got this run were bland!
There was a dish called Okinawan Noodles that was just spaghetti noodles with almond paste! Very unimaginative and unauthentic! For the price I expect the meals to have more substance.
The only plus I would give is I do love the salads. However everything else was just dismal experience. Oh, and it is not easy to cancel even if you just want to try one week.

They try to incorporate to many spices in the meals. They use Indian type spices in the sweet and sour meatball, terrible combo. They literally fuxxed up meatloaf by adding some strange spice. My suspicion is one of the following
Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin???
Whatever it is it’s not working…
I only order their salad and salmon meals which I have to add my own ingredients and dressing. The salmon I rinse off all the gunk toss away everything else in the meal. My mom gets it for free so I order it but if I had to pay there is no way I would order from this company…
They really need a food taster that can help them!!!!

This food is absolutely terrible.
What you receive looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Suspect those pictures are computer generated because there is no way what I got ever looked that good. Looks aside, I mean you can always eat blindfolded. However, this food tastes even worse than it looks, if that is possible. I don't know the details of their diet plan, but suspect you are required to fast for 72 hours before you eat the first meal, as that would be the only way you could force yourself to choke this nasty food down. You know starving people will eat anything.

Vet shady company when it comes to cancellation of subscription. Tried to rip me off for 2 weeks of service. Had to report them to credit card for fraudulent charges. The only week we got food it came 2 days late. Which made it warm, spoiled and inedible. They just lie about cancellations and delivery. Website fully inaccurate. STAY AWAY

Good news: 1) Meals are fresh and delicious (vegan); 2) nutritional content easily accessible before selecting meals; and 3) customer service is top notch, professional and efficient.

Bad news: 1) website is not good, needs a lot of work; 2) auto delivery is not good, needs to be an upfront option and not automatic, frustrating feature.

I have tried it all: Sakara, ModelMeals, Thistle… This program is THE best. Yes I agree that the website is a little hard to navigate and confusing. But the food? Amazing? Put it on plates and you’ll easily feel like you’re in Italy or Turkey or Bulgaria. This is the real Mediterranean diet. You stay full, you feel energized, you know it’s sustainable. Professor Longo partners with them so you know it’s quality.

A joke.....fishy fish, pad thai is spaghetti noodles. Not good at all. You might lose weight on this though because the food is so awful....LOL

Misleading marketing. They will enroll you in a subscription package without letting you know. You will think you are purchasing a one time item and be enrolled in an overpriced subscription without any description of what you are receiving for that price.

I really enjoyed the meals I received. They were tasty and the perfect amount. The best part was that my body felt fulfilled and ready for my active daily activities. I will definitely order again!

I have been living a plant-based and blue zones lifestyle for several years now, and found out unfortunate health news from my family. As I know plant-based eating would help my family, I decided to treat them to to a Nutrition for Longevity food box to jump start their healing AND get them acquainted with healthy eating. We've tried all 3 of their Chef curated meal plans and they are sooo delicious and filling! N4L ticked all the boxes for us: LOVE the science-backed nutrition; their farm practices; the pure, organic ingredients used in every meal; and how ALL of that is globally influenced. What?! From our experience with other meal services, not all are created equally but N4L is phenomenal!
