Some of the dishes were good but most were not. The rice pudding was greyish brown.

I love the philosophy of this company! The fact that I get to eat like those in the Longevity Regions is amazing. Thank you so much Dr Longo for inspiring this company. The food is so delicious. I was nervous that my meals wouldn’t last for 4 days in the fridge but on day 4, all my meals were still fresh and flavorful. These meals have significantly improved my health.

This is the best meal service I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried almost all of them! The produce is so fresh and I love the convenience of not having to worry about cooking my meals. My meals are always delicious and flavorful. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this company sooner!

The sweet potato hash with the tortilla chips is my favorite meal. There hasn’t been one meal I haven’t liked. I had one issue where I needed a meal plan with more than 3 days and customer service switched me to the 5 day meal plan which was perfect for my needs. Fresh Organic produce! The salads are sooo delicious. Once I found this service, I cancelled my subscription every where else!

I felt good about eating healthy for the four days I tried it, but the food was generally bland. Maybe it's just because I'm used to more seasonings and especially salt.

The instructions also were not clear and the packaging was not that good. One meal had what were supposed to be crispy corn chips packaged underneath some greens, so the chips were soggy. It wasn't clear with some meals whether the different parts were supposed to be mixed or layered or just how you were supposed to eat the dish. One package had the black bottom tray cracked open.

At 50% off, I might try it again some time, but it was not an enjoyable set of meals. Not bad, but nothing to look forward to eating.

I had the 1600 calorie pescatarian and it seemed to be the right amount for me. I'm 6' and 145# and male.

Very dissatisfied with quality and taste. Too high in fat and 2 of the meals were very spoiled only 2 days after receiving them and had to be thrown out.

I feel that the portions were extremely small! I get the calorie count. However, I have tried other plant-based meal subscription programs. And this is the smallest I've ever seen! Everything else I did like as far as the presentation variety taste excetera excetera was great. But I can't past this portion size they look kiddie sized.

Tons of rice and corn, not enough vegetables, zero soups. Very few legume variations (practically, only navy beans and chickpeas).
Erratic delivery schedule: my first delivery came on Friday, renewed at 3:40am on Saturday before I had any chance to try the food, and second delivery somehow came on Wednesday, leaving me with tons of unwanted food.
Even though I ordered 1600 calories per day, the meals are 1200-1300 calories. First week came with extra pack of sweet energy bites, so that was 1500. Second week didn’t have any.
Worst part? It does not keep for 7 days. By day 4, all cooked meals started to smell foul and taste sour, only salads were ok to eat.

Food arrived cold and remained fresh through expiration date. Was also SUPER tasty! This is the 3rd meal delivery service I have tried in the last 6 weeks and, by far, my favorite!

changes to the delivery times happened often and it was difficult to plan out. Any delivery address changes on line were not reflective.

The food is too bland for me - I prefer more flavorful meals.

I was really skeptical, mostly because I don’t like most beans, which I knew I wouldn’t be able to avoid when I ordered. The food was honestly all excellent. There were a couple dishes where I thinned the black beans a bit, but that’s just because mentally I had a hard time knowing I was eating so many. The taste and quality far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order again!

Unfortunately my food arrived warm through no fault of the company, Just warm weather in the south. They informed me they are working on solutions and I am looking forward to trying again!! They have refunded me my money and responded to my emails the same day I informed them of this problem!! Great customer service!!

Very delicious and healthy alternative compared to other meal kit companies!

Food was a day late, not very cold when it arrived, salads already wilted. Had to call to request tracking number and status. Food was very carb heavy and processed compared to what I expected. Very bland, and not much nuance to the texture. Canned chick peas for your breakfast hummus? For being a fresh plan, I expected much much more in terms of quality.

I received the vegan box last week. The ingredients were fresh. I love this company’s mission, however, I found the food to be really bland. The salads were good but the other entrees I felt lacked seasoning. I probably won’t be ordering again.

I sent you an email yesterday complaining about the scampi’s and white beans. There were NO scampi at all in it but pastas! It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. I had to trash it.
Few of your dishes are too spicy and it feels like quinoa and beans is on every other meal.

The food did not look appetizing, it looked like it was thrown together. There is an ingredient list, but it’s not written with the name of the meal. You have to look for it.
The breakfast bread was good, however the other meals had a lot of potatoes, which weren’t very good. Also, didn’t realize potatoes would be on longevity diet. The salads were wilted, the chips were never crunchy.
I loved the concept to follow up after doing prolon, but I was pretty disappointed that the meals weren’t the same standard as prolon:(

For the most part, we loved these meals! Easy to prepare and serve and the portions were perfect! Also, they were very fresh - the salads were delicious! I have a couple suggestions - we like well seasoned/spicy food - could that be an option when ordering to choose a spice level? Also, I thought the tortilla chips should be in a separate container to be put on the entree right before eating. I would have preferred that to having soggy chips.
