I love everything about this meal program. Is the only one that makes sense and good for the planet.

food is great and refreshing. Perfect balance, ease of use and almost no prep.

Some of the meals were very good but a few were very bland. I threw away 3 meals because they were not my taste. I like the concept

Nutrition for Longevity's meal service is excellent! The quality of food is the highest I've ever seen for a meal delivery kit (even better than my grocery store in most cases), and I love the variety of recipes. There has only been one meal I didn't like so far after 3 weeks, and I'm known for being a picky eater.

I have recommended N4L to everyone I know already.

I think the idea and the research behind the concept are great. However, I have found some flaws in the execution. The plastic packaging is flimsy and subject to breakage in transit. In the two shipments I have received so far, each one has had a package that has broken or been punctured, with part of the contents leaking out. The freezer bags arrive in a melted, but still cool state. In the first shipment, the little greens container had come open and I found the contents spilled inside the package. Also the program is designed to be valid for ages 18-65, but they do not warn you of that in their promotions. I was concerned about the high cab low protein design of the program, when the research calls for more protein for the large over-65 group. The nutritionist I talked to assured me they were working on this.

I did not like the food at all! :( It was just put together in a harmonious way for the most part.

Meals were excellent! Not for picky eaters, but we aren’t and we loved them. Nice variety and good flavors!! I recommend them!

I was not told I couldn’t eliminate shellfish from my pescatarian meal. I did not think there was enough protein in the meals and some of the breakfasts were awful, inedible. Most of the salads were very good and I think next time I won’t order fish if I do order again because it’s too long for fish to sit prepared and uneaten

Package was damaged and late arriving. I will not be using this product.

Food is not good. Have tried to cancel subscription and you keep on sending

I received the oil and coffee beans in the mail last week and I am very pleased with both products. The oil is rich, green and is very smooth. I am happy with this purchase and I would purchase again.

Both the coffee and oil were excellent quality. My son came to visit and I show him the products and he tucked the coffee under his shirt as a gesture to take it home and now he is going to start buying from you . I too will! I will continue shopping please continue making products that are truly healthy!

My first try of N4L, it’s nicely packaged and convenient that it’s by meal for each day. Interesting choose of dishes.
But - package was a day late and I didn’t get any heads up
- 2 out if 3 breakfasts were sweet, which I consider not great for body
- portions are big for me, so half went to garbage

But still, it’s tasty and probably if you live closer to where it’s made - it’s faster and fresher :)

Great, healthy food. Would be nice if they would increase the variety some.

The food is amazing. So tasteful. I wish you had a product without breakfast just because I don’t really eat breakfast anymore ... lunch and dinner are so yummy!!!!

I like the prepared meals for lunch and the meals with some prep for dinner. The produce has been fresh and my box arrives with the meals cold. The snacks are good—energy bites.

I wish they would remove the hemp from the oatmeal and smoothies. I don’t feel the added protein is necessary and it adds a strange taste. I wish it was packaged separately so I can remove it. I would prefer ground flax (rich in omega 3s) in my oatmeal and smoothies. Customer service has been quick to address my concerns.

Nandi assisted me with my concerns and question regarding the promotion I purchased a year ago but not used. Nandi ensure that I can still avail the promotion although it has been discontinued. I am extremely happy and very satisfied with Nandi's service. Not very tasty, very bland and somewhat dry. Would not order food from this site again.

this seems like any store brand oil is it blended? No peppery taste. may not be store brand .just not that great.
