Excellent delivery service very fast. The Nutribullet is the best blender I have purchased. It’s robust and easy to use and can handle mostly anything you want to put in it. Easy to clean and very portable if taking it to the gym or a walk etc. Looks the part also. I have had a few people comment on how good it looks and how well it performs. Great machine and highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I emailed customer care and they sent out a replacement next day.

I love my nutribullet
I love my nutribullet. I bought I primarily for making healthy drinks, but of course I’ve not stopped there. I’ve used it for lots of different things, cake mixes, chopping fruit, making sauces, mixing things to save my hands, which are pretty useless some days.
I wouldn’t be without it. I only wish I’d bought one for myself sooner.

Good blender, useful size. I like the suckers on the base to keep secure when using. Initially I had trouble undoing the blender and blade together from the base. I would advise a trial run without food in the blender before using it in anger.

Very Disappointing!!!!!!!
I bought the nutribullet portable blender on the 6th of March recieved it on the 8th of March. It stopped working on the 20th March. I was only using it to blend my protein coffee now it is useless. I reached out to Nutriblend on 21st March, I have had no reply. Disappointing and such a waste of money. I had less 12 days of use of the damn thing. Not happy!

Fantastic compact food processor
The nutribullet ultra plus does everything I need to make myself & my family healthy home cooked meals. Being a busy working mum being having a function for slicing vegetables speeds up prep time to almost nothing.

Had nothing but issues...Really not impressed.
Had nothing but issues with my order of a nutribullet.
Due to Ervi....
But nutribullet customer services not that concerned at all with what has happened with the email responses I have received over the last week + and this morning response customer services.
Ordered on 12th March with promise of next day delivery. Today is the Saturday 21st and still waiting for my item to be delivered. But nutribullet customer services feel this is experience is acceptable.....Really not impressed at all with my experience with Nutribullet.
UPDATE (27th March):
Following my initial complaint, a customer service manager named Anna took personal ownership of my case. She acknowledged the unacceptable failures with the original courier (Evri) and immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent via DPD Express.
Anna even monitored the tracking while she was unwell and provided a 10% refund for the significant inconvenience. While the start of this experience was very poor, the way Anna stepped in to resolve it was excellent. I have now received my item and am happy with the final outcome. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars for the recovery effort.

Ben to the rescue
I had to contact the nutribullet team as I was having an issue with nutribullet Flex. Ben responded extremely quickly with a resolution. I then realised that they didn't have my correct address and once again Ben stepped in to ensure that my delivery was sent to my new address. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days but Ben has proven that it still exists. Thanks so much Ben
