My order did go missing during the delivery process. I reached out to customer service and a new item was sent out and I received it the next day. Fantastic customer service and a great product. Very glad I bought a Nutribullet

Great Blender and Fantastic customer service
This is my second nutribullet and I love it.
We had an issue with a loose rubber seal on the blade unit but one call to customer services and a replacement was sent express next day. Great service!

Pretty poor customer service
I have had an original nutribullet for over 10 years now and was looking to upgrade to a more powerful blender, since the old one had lasted so long I decided to go with nutribullet again. I ordered the Ultra Plus+, which has the food processor and grinder attachments. Delivery was quick. As soon as it arrived, I opened it up and started taking it apart to test and wash it. This is where the problems started.
The food processor attachment has a base part, and the clear food processor bowl. You are supposed to be able to detach these from eachother. Mine would not detach, was stuck on completely. I emailed customer service expecting it to be straightforward but I ended up having several back and forth emails, that took a day for them to reply to each time, that resulted in the customer service stating that the two parts do not come apart. I replied saying I was very confused, as the user guide has 3 sections that all state how to detach and also reattach these two components. After some searching online, I saw a few people state they had the same issue, which makes me think it is a known manufacturing error. They eventually sent me instructions on how to exchange it, with an apology 'for the confusion'. I ended up deciding to return it rather than exchange and go with another brand. I completely lost my trust after they effectively lied to me and told me a part wasn't faulty, and after I called them out on it they only apologised for the confusion, not for actually lying to me.

Amazing After Sales Service
Amazing service - my NutriBullet was faulty I called them, they asked me to return it and the company replaced it for me. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ben - he has made it so easy for me to deal with him. Great Smoothies and swift delivery
I got this for my boys to make smoothies, they both think it’s the best thing i’ve ever bought, very pleased with it, I even had to some extra cups because it gets used so much. Would recommend. The delivery was very quick.

It seems a shame to return a product…
It seems a shame to return a product that works great only to be returned because of one small manufacturing defect that has been known for years.
The flip to-go lid lid doesn't; latch to lock and close. I even brought a new spare lid and it has exactly the same issue....
The idea for me to purchase the nutribullet was to use a blended mix in the container with the flip to-go lid and place in the works place fridge to go training in the gym and drink a smoothie after...
The Blending is great....
Unfortunately this is not possible.. Because the lid latch doesn't work...
02/04/2026 I've upgraded the experience as the customer service has been great in sending a replacement lid. First class customer service.. Simple and effective.
