i ordered a sensor Mat for my mum and it came very quickly easy to set up and use.
we had this in place because we needed to no when my mum was getting out of bed so we could come and support her.
i needed to speak to the suppliers to order another item service very helpful staff and quick to respond.great service

5 star service from this company from start to finish. I ordered this mat for my uncle who on numerous occasions had had falls. The mat arrived very quickly and was easy to set up, this has given my aunt complete peace of mind as she is alerted immediately he steps on it. The biggest bonus of all is he has had no falls since!

Contacted nursecallequipment with regards to my alertous alarm pad workin intermittently, they advised me to change the battery which seems to have solved the problem Very efficient and prompt response to my email

Love this mat so bought another for other side of bed to protect mum.
Unfortunately this one only worked intermittently. Contacted seller, responded same day and sent a replacement alarm return of post even though we’d had it a few weeks.
These things happen with gadgets so no complaints whatsoever.

We’ve relied upon the alarm mat to keep mum safe at night. We thought it stopped working but in fact the ding dong was muted by a departing carer. Today Janice shared manuals and talked us through all the possibilities and I’m pleased to say the alarm is back in action. Music to my ears. Thank you we called, you answered.

I had an issue with the mat having made an error inserting a new battery (not removing a warning sticker from the battery). They responded very quickly to my query and when I continued to have a problem offered a telephone 'consultation' to talk me through solving the problem. They were extremely helpful and responsive and all is now well.

We've had the mat two months and it has proved to be very reliable - much better than the previous mat we used. Our only reservation is that the cable is too short, so there is a risk of standing on the transmitter. It hasn't happened, but it could happen and the risk could easily be avoided with a longer cable.

Got an alarm mat for my husband who has dementia. It’s brilliant. He was getting up and getting dressed often in the night. Now I can get him straight back to bed
