Decent Plate maker
Well made plates.
Easy to use website, relatively well priced compared to other online plate makers. Standard delivery is Tracked 48. They send a whatsapp message with a pic of your plates (which is nice) and a quick message asking for reviews.

Disappointed customer
I ordered 3D number plates, cost £54.99
Thd next day I received email saying I had left items in basket and here was 20% incentive to buy.
I then sent an email to your company saying unfortunately I had already ordered and would they honour the discount as big saving. I received no reply but to make matters worse I was then sent another email offering 25% off!!
So my advise to anyone ordering, leave your order in basket for a day or so before ordering to see if discount offered.
I wish I had waited!!!

Thanks for sharing your experience 🙏. We’re sorry the discount emails caused confusion. While we can’t always apply offers retroactively, we’ll use your feedback to improve communication. We really appreciate your order and hope you enjoy your new 3D plates! 🚘✨

Illegal plates-Just had my car mot failed on plates -numberplate clinic- said they are legal-they are not.
They then refused to send me a new number plate out that is legal and have are just rude.
*just to add to your reply I did contact yourselves and so did my mot guy you would not send me new legal plates and was also rude to mechanic -you rang and were not helpful at all and put the phone down !!

We’re sorry to hear about your MOT experience. At Number Plate Clinic, we take road legality and compliance with DVLA standards very seriously. All our legal plates are manufactured to strict regulations, and we also offer a range of show plates that are for off-road/display use only.
It sounds like there may have been a mix-up with the type of plate ordered, and we’d really like to resolve this for you. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can review your case and work towards a fair solution.
We value your feedback and apologise for any frustration caused.
