Completed my application. received an email to video call with Dr. Miller. waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. Then Dr. came available. All I seen was his photo. But was able to hear him. He asked if I ever had a medical card before, I said no. He confirmed my conditions and said he was approving my application. Asked if I had any questions and said i would receive a couple emails with approval. Instantly created a patient portal. Your doctor will submit your certification to the State of Georgia. The state will process it and email you your digital medical cannabis card within 1–3 business days. I can also purchase a physical plastic card from the state after register with the state of GA.

Highly recommend

The process was very easy and they listened to my reasoning instead of just shoving me away. I highly recommend. They truly cared to try and help my pain being I have already had one back surgery at the age of 24.

I received a card approving my medical…

I received a card approving my medical cannabis starting
05/08/25 to 05/08/28 member #42196936560 by the doctor. Since then, I have tried to get approved. I have tried many times to get registered with the state of Illinois I was told that they were having problems.

Absolute waste of money and you do not need to use these people.

They put my name on my application wrong left out my middle initial I've been locked out of my account because of it and now I have to go down and actually get physical paperwork to do what I need to do I would not recommend anybody using these people. And if you want to be a caregiver for yourself you have to go down and get the paperwork anyway or you have to have it mailed to you this does nothing absolutely nothing for you unless you want fake paperwork from a doctor they will provide that. After my review nug MD emailed me and told me they would give me my refund back if they took my review if I took my review down. So they're pretty much telling me because I made a bad review you're going to give me my money back but they just still want to rip people off so take my review down. I'm going to be taking one for the team here and eating $200 hopefully other people will see this review and I think I can put a picture on there of the email that you sent me. And I'm pretty sure that is illegal don't know about that but it should be. I do have a screenshot of my email that I got back to me. My email address is. Jimfradenburgh@g. If you'd like to see the picture of the email he sent trying to paying me ,to take my review down I will gladly send it to anybody that is asking. These people need to be put out of business.

Hi Jim — we’re sorry you’re still having trouble with your state application. We reviewed your account and the full message history again. Our team asked several times for the exact correction you needed so the doctor could update your paperwork, but we weren’t able to get that information from you.
To clarify the refund situation: once a doctor issues a medical certification, it becomes a non‑refundable medical service. That policy applies to every patient. In your case, because you repeatedly declined to answer the basic questions needed to correct your certificate, we offered a refund as an exception so you could discontinue the evaluation entirely. That offer was made to resolve the situation after we were unable to get the information required to fix the issue.
We also do not provide “fake paperwork.” All evaluations are completed by licensed physicians, and the certificate you received is the same document issued to every patient.
If you’d like us to correct your certificate or help you move forward with the state, we’re still willing to assist — we just need the specific change you want made

I am a migraine patient…

I am a migraine patient and have gotten a MMIDC with NuggMD for years. I have never had any problems. They have always been very professional and quick with their service.
I get to download my recommendation in less than five minutes after I get off the phone with the doctor and a few days later, my paper recommendation and ID card show up at my home.
IT IS A VERY QUICK AND CONVENIENT SERVICE THAT THEY OFFER.

Such a scam.The guy was combative .Never mind that should have tipped me off.Clown avoided Medcard sayin :your DL is invalid ! when it was clearly fine.

Absolutely terrible take your money elsewhere the doctors won’t talk to you or get on the phone they won’t increase your allotment even if your telling them your lung collapsed and you need edibles all they care about is your money and try and charge fees for whatever they do they where also really nasty and would hang up on me and when I tried to leave and have a new doctor they took weeks to reply purposely

To clarify what happened on our end: the doctor requested documentation so they could safely and legally review your allotment increase. We weren’t provided with any records, which meant the doctor could not move forward. State rules require supporting documentation for increases, and our doctors can’t override those requirements.
There is a small fee for the doctor to submit an increase request, but the review itself is not charged. The fee only applies when the doctor is able to complete and submit the increase to the state.
Our team does not hang up on patients, and we don’t delay transfers — we responded once the doctor completed their portion. We understand this process can be frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with health concerns, and we truly wish your experience had felt smoother.

Scam you on i.d

Scam you on i.d. cards.

I like the doctors. But when you order the i.d. card--it should be included, but instead it costs $25.00--they never send it.

So, I re-ordered. Still never sent.

Then I started writing them about it. They gave me like 10 excuses. Bottom line--they never mail.
They can't show ANY tracking on either order.

They just keep your money!

In California, the mailed ID card is optional. The state recognizes the doctor’s letter as the official document that makes someone a patient — the wallet card is simply a convenience item for those who want one, which is why there is a separate $25 charge and why not everyone chooses to order it.
In your case, we did mail the card twice and provided proof of both shipments. Even though we showed that both were sent, we also offered to resend it a third time at no cost to you so you wouldn’t be left without a card.
We don’t use tracking numbers for these mailings, which is why tracking isn’t available, but we absolutely do send them — and we made multiple attempts to get yours to you.
We truly want every patient to feel taken care of, and we’re always happy to help make things right if something goes wrong in the mail.

Doctor was in the car driving taking my call and couldn’t hear him then he never came back into the call! Waiting for a refund and I used the service for years until now. Very disappointed.

Bait and switch

I received an email saying that I have a free renewal this year so I responded but they charged me. I started a chat with Vincent and he declared my email was "a mistake". No explanation and after last years debacle about the Doctor not sending my renewal and that took 5 emails to finally get. I sent proof but that wasn't good enough. Forget it I'll do business somewhere else.

Not very helpful

Not very helpful! I used a differant company for my last card. They responded quickly and when I needed an alotment adjustment was very helpful. Wish I could say the same for Nugg MD. Feom the beginning it was a hassle When I reached out for help my question was never answer but asked to answer a survey in how they did.when a brought it to there attention it was noth but excuses and why they couldnt help me. Glad theres many other companies out there!

The rep also asked for the medical reason for the increase so we could pass the request along to the doctor, but we didn’t receive a reply after that message.
We’re always happy to help with increases, but Illinois requires a medical justification before a doctor can submit one. Without that information, the doctor isn’t able to move forward.

Worthwhile

Seamless support with successful steps taken for My MMC . Timely , ongoing communicative , very helpful the whole way.
The cost seems economical for a Doctor visit of $115 .
Medical assistance continues after the successful MMC process through emails with really good specific too My pain diagnosis which stems from knee surgery in college. Good refreshing helpful all around!

The renewal process was easy but I did NOT get a full year of renewal

The renewal process was easy and I did receive a real phone call from a MD who confirmed my eligibility.

What I was NOT told is that I was renewing my existing certificate of recommendation one month early and the NuggMD company did not extend my existing renewal by a year. Instead they used today's date to renew only for 11 months more than my existing certificate.
