Do not buy from this company. They deceive you. They are very attentive when you are looking to purchase a new machine, but after the sale, everything changes. I have bought several machines and every single one of them has caused problems. The quality is extremely poor. Be very careful with their FDA and CE certificates, as they are either fake or expired.
We bought a machine 2months ago and were promised full refund without question asked. When we wanted to return because of unsatisfactory results, the sales manager said the sale representative promise of full refund was not part of company policy. Then he changed his mind saying he needs photos of before and after to prove the machine is not working for us. This clause of “no question asked and full refund” has been stated in the invoice contract very clearly. If the management doesn’t even honour their promise and agreement, I’m doubtful of the integrity of their products.
I bought a device over a month ago . The Hifu device to be more specific .
The sales team are very Quick to make the deal! They will stalk you every day and make the whole process deel like it’s the most incredible buy ever !
When the device is delivered you get a quick what they call training of a very serious device that can do a lot of harm if you’re not using it correctly !
If you have more questions than that they apparently can answer you’re being ignored and you can’t get a hold of a responsible superior to explain what’s going on in the company!
For me a very very disappointing experience since I was hesitating to buy from China .
I would not recommend to buy from Nubway since it’s the worse after sale not to say NO after sales ! I get the impression they just want to do quick sales and get it over with once they are being paid !
There is no possibility of sending back the device so I just paid money for a device I can’t use do to an unprofessional after training !
There are a lot of Chinese companies out there selling devices so be careful who you choose to work with .
My experience with Nubway has been awful!!! Never knew a company could lead on a customer like this !
Shame I can’t share the communication I’ve had to prove how they work !
