Hi Simon,
Sorry to hear you thought of your experiance as pretty average.
Order placed on a saturday evening, shipped on a Monday morning and delivered 3 days later (2-3 day shipping service selected).
We do offer faster next day delivery options at the checkout, if required.
Looking forward to being above average next time.
Cheers,

I had a problem with one battery
I had a problem with one battery, out of five I purchased. After emailing the company explaing the problem (and providing photographs) I had responses from Ollie within a couple of hours. I'm extremely satisfied that it was a one-off problem and he explained that their own investigation had identified the reason for the failure, would send me a replacement (it arrived first class post the next day), and put procedures in place to prevent it happening to other customers (even though that was very unlikely to happen). Excellent customer service. I'll be using them again next time I need some batteries and would certainly recommend them to others

Prompt attention
Prompt attention, even when the incorrect battery was sent. However, a return envelope was not included when the correct one was sent.

Top notch batteries, and excellent service
Nubattery are by far, the best battery retailers on the market. Their batteries are always fresh, and hold their capacity, and they are always delivered quickly, and without any fuss. I would highly recommend Nubattery to anyone. There are too many bad actors these days, but Nubattery are the best! Keep up the good work, guys!

Fast and all seem good
Arrived fast, all batteries are at exactly 3.55v. Well packaged and zero damage. I haven't put them to use in a project yet as the other parts haven't arrived but these look great.

Why would I ever go anywhere else?
I don't normally bother leaving reviews because I cant be bothered and don't trust them, but I had to make an exception here. I needed 4 x Samsung 50S - 21700 Batteries for a Raspberry Pi5 UPS project.
As a 1st time buyer with a service as professional & slick as this, why would I ever go anywhere else?
PS: Recommended by ChatGPT would you believe!
