I purchased a total of 12 pairs of panties (4 sets of 3 pairs) based on the advertised comfort, fabric, and sizing information. At the time of writing this review, I have only received my first set, the NuCloud Low Rise Original.

I opened only the black pair to try them on, and unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable. I have extensive experience shopping for clothing online, and in my opinion, both the fabric and the sizing did not match the expectations created by the product description.

One of the main reasons I chose these panties was because they were advertised as having an ultra-thin, barely-there feel. However, the material I received does not feel or appear nearly as thin as it is portrayed in the advertising. That lightweight, second-skin appearance was what initially appealed to me, and the actual product did not meet those expectations.

I am 5’8”, 152 pounds, wear a size 8/10 in jeans, and am typically a medium. Because I prefer my underwear to fit comfortably rather than tightly, I intentionally ordered a large. Even the large fit much smaller than expected.

I also have additional Nuage panties arriving in medium, but based on how the large fit, I do not plan to open those packages because I expect they will be even smaller. I hope the company will allow me to return the unopened items.

I wanted to share my measurements because I know sizing information is helpful to other shoppers. While others may have a different experience, I believe the sizing chart should be reviewed, as it was not accurate for me.

I hope Nuage considers improving both its sizing guidance and ensuring that its product descriptions and marketing more accurately reflect the actual fabric and fit so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

I sent them an email today, 14 July 2026 at 1130. Let’s see how long it takes to respond.

It took a MONTH to get my order and when I got it, it was a TERRIBLE product.
Of course, now I can't get in touch with anyone about a return.
Very frustrating.

Dropshipper from China. Got served aggressive ads on IG and decided to give them a try since I've been looking for non-thong seamless panties. One order for 2 sets of 3 panties. The first set arrived around 1.5-2 weeks and the second sent went dead silent for a month. By then I already requested a dispute from my credit card company. I was planning on using all of these for an upcomming trip and the 2nd set still hadn't arrive when I returned from my trip. I reached out TWICE asking for a status update but no one responded.

The NuAir Mesh Flex Brief was super thin and barely stayed on my waist before rolling and bunching up and eventually even falling off! The gusset is also ironed on and not stitched for what I assume is the seamless look but in my experience these have a tendency to fall off quickly. I wore them a few more times to see if I just had to get use to them but every time it was pretty bad.

I placed my order on May 27, 2026, and was assured that I would receive it by now. As of today, July 10, I still have not received my order.

I placed an order back on May 27th, 2026. As of now july 10th I still have not received my order. This was my first time ordering from Nuage, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication regarding my order.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your company to others and will be sure to share my experience with anyone considering placing an order.

I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order and a prompt resolution to this matter.

I placed an order over a month ago and only received part of the order (bras) in a timely manner. The bras were fine, but a bit expensive for the product you get. When I followed up with the company after 17 days for the remainder of my order (underwear pack), they told me "the specific collection carries a standard processing and sorting timeline of 10 to 15 days following order placement. Because our different collections operate on separate production schedules". I waited again then followed up after another week and got 'apologies' and reassurance that it was on its way. It is now 5 weeks since the order was placed and the tracking info. I was provided on July 6 only says "shipping label created", but no actual movement on the package after 4 days so far, despite emails saying that "I can officially confirm that the remainder of your package has been successfully dispatched" and "the goods are already in transit". I've been asking for a refund and have yet to hear back about this. If there is no resolution, I will be speaking with my credit card company as well. This company should be upfront about what they actually have ready to ship and mark items 'out of stock' if they are not readily available. They over-promise but under-deliver.

Ordered a 5 pack panties (first time 6/8) and excited from all the ads and claims. NO email when anything is will be shipped. I had to send them an email 3 weeks later and they claim there's a "new premium fabric" by 6/30 and then they will ship out. I sent msg back and NO response. I haven't had this bad of service for a LONG time. Finally got them July, seem to be good quality . On 8/3 received email from founder apologizing for issues with product I received (defective) and they will send out IMMEDIATE replacement of another type of panties and also a set of ones I ordered when they have them. As of 8/20 nothing received but I have low expectations. Why continually overpromise and underdeliver? We have enough issues in our lives than worry about when and if I'll receive undies that are not defective.

I place three orders- the first was a month ago. I tried to track the order through the Shop app, but all orders still say waiting for shipping details. I’ve tried to contact the company, but have not gotten a response. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience!

Loved the underwear. However, within 6 months the cotton liner was no longer fully attached in the nether region, causing discomfort. And had to rip it out. Contacted company and they said normal underwear should only last 6 months. I have underwear that have lasted years. For the price, not worth it.

I placed an order on May 30th that still states order is waiting for shipping details. I emailed them on 6/21/26 and 6/22/26 and have not received a response.

I did not believe the ad that this is like wearing nothing but now that I have worn them I am going to purchase more. Thank you.

As far as I can tell, this business is a scam.

Nuage is a trusted company who provides quality product! This review is specific to an order replacement that was replaced with the wrong item. Nuage corrected the error without hesitation and with charging me again. I truly appreciate their customer service as well as product!

Literally the BEST underwear I’ve have worn in my life!! I’ve been through many body transformations (motherhood in my 20’s and 30’s and now just in my 40s…), and these fit so perfectly. Even on days when I’m totally bloated. You cannot see them through any of my gym leggings or regular work and casual clothing. I’m going to replace all of my underwear with Nuage!

The customer service is amazing. If you are unsure of sizing of fit, contact them and ask! I didn’t have good luck with the fit on my first pair, but I will be ordering again because of the customer service and kindness I received from this company.

I’ve recently lost 45 lbs and have replaced all my undies. My choose was Nuage for the lightness and comfort. However the last black ones I purchased roll down on my tummy. The ivory ones I’ve worn so far are fine and lovely.

This is by fare the worst company I have ever dealt with the bra is so small it could fit only a child. I have emailed them and contacted them over 20 times with No reply. Nothing the ripped me off. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size. 50.00 down the drain.
