I had an issue with my Givenergy battery and inverter, which simply weren't working. Dan from NRG Assist couldn't have been more helpful. He continued to work on the problem until it was fully resolved. I feel the service given by this company is absolutely superb.I cannot fault them.

After a couple of months of issues and frustration with my GivEnergy system, I found NRG Assist. Their engineer visit was arranged very quickly, and the fault was identified and repaired quickly. The system is now working normally again.

Simcott Renewables installed circa 50 GivEnergy inverter and battery systems before they went bust. Met Carl at the solar and storage show in London this year and what a result. NGR have been brilliant at helping us resolve two customer issues that we could not deal with ourselves and were completely stuck on. We have now contact all our GivEnergy customers and passed NRG Assist contact details on to them. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again.
