Great birthday present of a candle workshop. Lovely few hours spent being really spoilt and loved being taught about and how to make candles. Lovely b’day treats included and have been back to make some purchases. Very much recommend x

presented smell stunning x Always happy to help if i have any queries x
My daughter loved her candle i bought for her 21st she could smell it before she opened it :)

Very friendly, helpful and professional owners/staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Have given great advice to me for gifts and scent choices. I have used many times, in fact I wouldn't buy candles from anywhere else. Love to treat my friends and family with candle gifts and they have always been very well received. The candles are stunning, so much choice for different sentiments, very long lasting and the scent choices are beautiful. I would, hand on heart, recommend Ignite Candles 100% to any potential new customers and I also have to my family and friends. Keep up the excellent work..

I have purchased a few candles from ignite not just for myself but as presents for family members always very fast delivery and the candles smell amazing Craig will do his upmost best to accomodate what you require.

Amazing quality products, fantastic burn and scent throw. The only issue is that they are too beautiful to burn - but this is testament to the fantastic craftsmanship in every candle! Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a unique candle, will be greatly appreciated by any recipient or just a wonderful treat for yourself!

Service is always impeccable from these. Such an inviting friendly environment and great communication. the quality of candles are phenomenal and gifts have always been highly appreciated by friends and family that I have purchased for !!!

Never had a candle keep its smell consistently from first light to final fade , these definitely have got it to perfection!!!!

I have made a few orders from Ignite from Christmas gifts to gifts for myself! They are always divine and arrive so well packaged. I've recently treated myself to the elephant wax melts and he takes pride of place in my front room. Love the scents too - some unique scents as well as the old favourites. Would 100% recommend

I first met Craig and Ignite candles at a candle making workshop in Castleford, West Yorkshire. Since then, I've ordered lots of different candles and wax melts. Craig even delivered them personally as he was just working down the road 😊. Ignite moving up to Hartlepool didn't stop us.. on Mother's day, myself and my daughter went up and did another candle making class (and of course bought more candles 🤣). Craig has also made a special, personalised 21st candle for my daughter's birthday ♥️. Craig, and his Mum, are lovely and will make you feel so welcome, you won't want to leave ♥️♥️

Ignite provide innovative candles with a fantastic fragrance. They have something to suit all tastes and cam custom make designs for you. Their service is excellent, I would highly recommend.

When candles look too good to light and you get the beautiful smell even before lighting you know you've chosen well. When you do light them they burn nice and slowly so you certainly get your moneys worth too. This business is going from strength to strength and you can see why with the work that goes into each candle, and the customer service is second to none. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else x

Iv been ordering from ignite candles for just over two years now and I keep ordering more. I was immediately impressed with the quality, appearance and long lasting scent. I couldn’t believe the detail that went into my orders. Iv ordered candles for myself and gifts for others, and I absolutely love them.
Always on the look out for new candles and wax melts and wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Always bought and spent a fortune on candles from supermarkets until I found ignite candles! They are on another level! Smell and look amazing, I’m obsessed! You can see the love and care put into each individual one, the best part is… if you can’t find the scent you want, a quick chat to the fabulous Craig and he will do his best to accommodate. We’ve had a few candle parties also with ignite candles for different occasions and everyone has left amazed and always looking forward to booking again. Prices are very reasonable for the products you get! My number one candle supplier! Keep doing what you do best!

I've always been a candle lover so purchased a small selection and loved listening to the story behind how they evolved. Almost immediately I signed up for their monthly candle club subscription. I've never been disappointed and regularly stick ad-hoc specials on my order, the biggest one being when my son moved up from the school and they produced gifts for a load of teachers. I also ordered a couple of gift packages they did for breast cancer research for a close colleague. The subscription parcel is a highlight of my month, something special just for me, a surprise package that never disappoints and fab value for money. Rhubarb and custard is my ultimate favourite, reminds me of my favourite childhood sweet! The dettol scented one was hilarious but can only burn it for 20 minutes at a time ha!! Took it to work for some giggles and it did not disappoint! I love watching you grow your passion

Received my soy based candle, which was very well packaged. The smell upon opening was stunning as was the candle. I would highly recommend and use Ignite Candles for any future purchases.

I’ve used ignite candles since the beginning of their journey. The hardest part is lighting such a beautiful creation.
The service has always been personal from ordering from a wide range of ready made natural candles in quirky designs to personalising fragrances and choosing the containers
The dedication to customer service is outstanding from choosing scents to making candles in personal interest. It’s clear customer satisfaction is important, as is a dedication to supporting the environment. No request is too small.
My friends and I have ordered many times and always had so many lovely comments.

Love going here with my daughter, we also took the grand kids and they really enjoyed it. The more you go the more they help you to make bigger and better ones and different ways to make the candles.

Very friendly service and fast delivery. The products are fantastic value for money with a range reflecting trends and seasonal staples.
The scents are long lasting and come in a variety of flavours to suit the mood. I have bought multiple items from Ignite and haven't been disappointed with any. Would definitely recommend buying from ignite candles.

Beautiful candles! Devine scents! Amazing service!

I've had some beautiful candles from here, both in design and smell, they smell too good to burn sometimes haha. In fact I've purposely not burnt some as you smell it when you walk into a room before lighting it.

I've tried a variety of shapes and design, colours and flavours, they burn beautifully and have a slower burn than your typical candles which is great for the pennies!!

They are true artwork and look great around the house. Due to move house soon, and can't wait to get a collective that suits our new home!!

In fact one delivery I had, the delivery driver smashed them and upon contact with Craig & Donna to assist, with no hesitation they sorted it for me. A service that's gone above and beyond!

Visually these hand crafted Soy Wax Candles & Waxes are like nothing I have come across. I had to try! The scent so infused in the package delivered I could smell it in the postman's hands 😊 Extremely pleasant. Not overpowering at all. Customer service is professional and personal offering some bespoke items. Incredible service all round. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend
