Our marketplace has clear and transparent warranty terms designed to ensure that every product delivered to a customer is valid and fully functional. Misleading customers, providing false information, or knowingly selling non-working products is strictly prohibited on our platform.
In this case, the buyer received a fully functional product. Unfortunately, the product became unusable afterward, following actions taken by the user that were beyond our control and cannot be verified by us. Under our warranty policy, the marketplace cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of functionality caused by actions taken by the customer after the product has been successfully delivered in working condition.
Nevertheless, the buyer believed that they had been misled and decided to leave a review that, in our view, does not accurately reflect what happened.
Despite the fact that the circumstances were not covered by our warranty policy, we still issued the buyer a full refund.
We always do our best to support our customers and resolve disputes in their favor whenever reasonably possible. Our priority is to provide a fair, transparent, and positive experience for everyone using our marketplace.
