They are scammers they will wait 31 days and tell you that the package was handled 12 times they're Liars they use several different company names to scam people you will never receive your product they are scammers do not order from these people they are liars and scammers will never receive your product steal your money and will tell you that they deliver the product on the 31st day tracking system are nothing but Liars nobody handles a package 12 different times you will never receive your product and they will never return your money you can't even Ensure that that charge your insurance fee never receive your product because no product will ever be sent to you it's all a lie it's nothing but a scam

There are unfortunately several scam websites impersonating our brand, and we have absolutely no affiliation with them. We completely refute the claims made in this review as they do not relate to our company.
We’ve also checked our system thoroughly and have no order history matching your name or details, which further suggests this review is regarding a different company entirely.

Like many fashion retailers, including Zara, we do charge a small fee for return shipping labels. This fee helps cover part of the cost of processing returns, which has become increasingly challenging for independent online businesses.

Placed an order on 10 April, since the website states shipping within 4-7 business days. Order eventually shipped out one month later.
However, it's currently 4 June and I still didn't receive the package. Doesn't make sense at all. Worst experience I've ever had with a brand. Never again.

We’re really sorry to see this and understand your frustration.
Looking into your order, it did arrive into Barcelona, Spain quite quickly after dispatch, however it was held in customs for a period of time due to unpaid customs charges. The courier made several attempts to contact you regarding this but didn’t receive a response initially.
Once the charges were eventually paid, delivery was then attempted, but unfortunately there was no answer at the address provided which caused a further delay.
We do want to highlight that you’ve been a repeat customer with us for many years and have had several successful orders in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing from our side as well as we know you’ve had great experiences with us before.

I've used Novu before and the items I pick usually hit first time.
This time I ordered ALOT of items and although top quality, they didnt suit me. Being busy i forgot to send back and missed the return date. I spoke to Customer Service (Jim) and he was very accomodating and arranged for an exchange even though he didnt have to.
Very refreshing to have such good service, especially from an online retailer.

I bought clothes for close to 400 euro in may 2025, and I still have not gotten them! They keep telling me that they will send them, but no refund and no clothes!

This is a common complaint when you read reviews. Dont bother there are plenty of other clothes providers that act properly. Absolutely diabolical should not be trading.

Do not buy from these scammers. They used to be fine but the most recent drops they have scammed everyone.
