The customer support I received from Carla has been top notch! The clothing is brilliant too, lovely pieces. Happy with my new pick ups, the quality of the Milo’s sets is excellent! Will definitely be looking to purchase more in the future!

Returned some items which was an easy enough process to do and appears to be processing though the warehouse so will await to see the refund come through!

Delivery was very quick as well which was pleasing even during a sale period.

Couldn’t even tell you how many items I have bought from NÓVU but it’s a lot, one of my favourite brands and would highly recommend to anyone.

The worst customer service! I made 3 orders mid-July and kept items from each. I followed their outdated returns process, even included print outs marking everything that was being returned to make it easier for them to process, with all items received by NOVU late July/early August - this was confirmed by their customer service team. I have been chasing my refund for weeks, both via email and on Instagram. I have been promised on several occasions that the return would be prioritised and was told a week ago that it would be complete in 24-48 hours. As of today, I have still not received the refund or any correspondence confirming when I will - nearly 4 weeks after they have been received! I had to raise a dispute with American Express for a previous order due to the same thing in 2025, so clearly they have not improved. All other similarly sized brands process and issue refunds within a week so how can NOVU get it so wrong!? Their products are good but it isn't worth the hassle if you want to return something!

Really disappointed with my experience with NOVU.

This is now the second time I have had issues with a return and refund. On a previous occasion, NOVU had received my returned parcel at their depot but failed to notify me that it had arrived. I received no update regarding my refund and ended up waiting weeks before having to chase them myself.

Unfortunately, I’ve now had the same problem again.

My latest parcel was delivered to me on 25 July and I returned it on 9 August — potentially just one day outside their stated 14-day return period. NOVU accepted the return and I paid £5 for their returns label. The parcel was then sent back and delivered to them.

I heard absolutely nothing and once again had to chase them for an update.

It is now 19 August, around 10 days after they received the return, and I have finally been told that they won’t issue my refund because the return was apparently outside their 14-day window.

If the return was going to be rejected, why was I allowed to send it back using a NOVU returns label and pay £5 for it? And why did it take around 10 days after receiving the parcel for NOVU to tell me there was an issue?

To make matters worse, they have offered store credit instead of a refund. I have no interest in accepting this. Two of the first shirts I purchased from NOVU are already fraying, with stitching coming away from the pocket, despite having had very little wear. So I’m already disappointed with the quality, and after the customer service I’ve received, I have very little reason to want to shop with NOVU again.

The biggest issue for me is the lack of communication. This is the second time I’ve had to chase NOVU for a refund/update, and both times I’ve been left waiting weeks or having to contact them myself just to find out what is happening.

I have given NOVU the opportunity to resolve this directly and issue my refund. If they refuse, I will be taking the matter further.

Based on my experience so far, I would think twice before ordering from NOVU. Poor communication, poor handling of returns and disappointing quality.

I’m about to finish my second order, and the first item I received was amazing—the quality of the material and how well it fits.

Great customer service from Jim. Having been a customer of Novu for a number of years, I’ve previously felt that their delivery efficiency and customer service could have been better.

However, credit where it’s due - Jim completely turned my experience around. He managed to sort out my exchange within just a few days, and I received my items in time for my holiday.

It’s great to see things improving, and Jim was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Amazing experience, my favourite clothing brand I buy almost every collection and they are the best quality clothes and customer service is amazing!

Amazing quality of clothing and great customer service!

I had an issue with unexpected customs charges due to a carrier error, but the NÓVU support team handled everything professionally from start to finish.

Carla was incredibly helpful throughout the process, kept me updated, answered all my questions, and arranged the refund quickly once I sent the proof of payment. She also helped me choose the right size for my next order and explained how future shipments would avoid the same issue.

Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company deals with them. NÓVU resolved everything efficiently and made the whole experience much better.

Great quality shirts

I've been buying from Novu for a while now and they've never let me down. The quality is always spot on, everything fits really well, and you can tell it's made properly. Their summer collection is especially good this year - loads of nice pieces that are easy to wear. Definitely one of my go-to brands and I'd happily recommend them.

I bought clothes 5 years ago from Novu which are still staples for me, says all you need really. I think the Oxford Pleated trousers are my most worn item of clothing, wear them in highly professional meetings and when going out to a bar, and as comfy as tracksuit bottoms.

Recently made an accident on my order and Jim on customer support was great and amended the order for me.
