This company is a scam.Please do not waste your time or money.They should be taken off the web,found and arrested!

placed Order #GNOVO1686 on December 29, 2025 for a pair of Jordan 4 Retro Military Black sneakers. The total charge was $175.94 including taxes and shipping.
As of today, I have not received the sneakers, and even more concerning, I have not received any communication, shipping confirmation, or update regarding the status of this order.
It has now been months since the purchase, and the complete lack of transparency or customer service is extremely disappointing.
I have contacted customer service requesting a full refund of $175.94, since I am no longer interested in receiving the product after such an unreasonable delay.
At this point, I am still waiting for confirmation that my refund is being processed.
Buyers should be aware of the risk of placing an order and receiving neither the product nor any meaningful communication from this company.
I sincerely hope the company resolves this matter promptly by issuing my refund.

Ordered a pair of Magnus Walker SB Dunk's but is a cheap China rip-off !!

I ordered a pair of sneakers, at first I had trouble getting a delivery date from them, none of the links to their website worked once I had placed my order. Then when they arrived they were missing a decorative element that was supposed to have been included. It was clearly featured in the description.
I contacted them immediately. And the customer service has been terrible. When they do answer at all it takes days to get a reply and even then they are not helpful. I've emailed them 7 times since they last responded about a week ago and I'm no closer to a resolution of my issue. I would never order from them and would never recommend them to anyone. It's a frustrating experience that feels very much like a scam. Had I read the reviews prior to placing my order I would never have spent money with them.
Let this be a cautionary tale for anyone that reads this: do not order from them!

I ordered Jordan 8 retro's black and silver winterized. Took less than 2 weeks to get them and they are awsome. Not fakes. For the price of 155, how can you go wrong. Everyone else wants way more than that. These folks at Novo Sabe are awsome. I will be doing lots of business with them.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered shoes from them on 12/11/25. They claimed to have shipped it on 12/15/25. As of today, that fedex tracking number they gave me shows as just the label created and not shipped. They are refusing to cancel the order and claim it’s too late to. They are scammers. I kept contacting them and they claim to “following up with my supplier” and there is never a legit answer or explanation. Save your money.

Verkopen nep schoenen onder de noemer ' Top Replica's'. Dit staat wel ergens vermeld maar vaag. Vervolgens matchen de schoenen totaal niet de echte maatvoering, retourneren is op eigen kosten.
