1.The installation was done poorly; they put the cable in and tied the soaker hose to the wall.
2. Speeds are 1/3 to 1/10 slower than advertised - issue still not fixed. Not even close to the speeds promised.

The worst ! Dont do it ! Never call back ! Outages constantly then you have to go through tiers for help and they don’t know a thing 😡😡😡the worst

They answered all my questions in a very short time.

Scam. This is a fraud.
I have a subscription but the website doesn't even resolve.

They shutdown my service without any previous notice. I opened a support ticket, and the answer was "move to another service"!
I still had three months from my contract!
Now, they no longer answer my tickets or emails.

Prima alternatief tov. de "grote jongens". Goede support; duidelijke uitleg. Control panel is zeer uitgebreid en is een stuk volwassener geworden.

Good service, fast response, reasonable pricing. There was a large scale server migration at the end of last year which could have been communicated more clearly but there was no data loss so all is well. Good to see the provider improving the service.

I've been with Novos.be for a week. Got to know about it via LowEndTalk forums. VPS has been working stable so far - good CPU performance for the price and good network speeds (was worried a bit because Belgium based providers are not that much compared to NL/UK/etc). Setup/delivery was instant (a minor issue with automated setup but that was rectified before I could use the server so that is okay).
