Logging in with a passcode sent me on a loop. After I enter the code, the page refreshes and asks me again to enter the code. Trying to enter the same code locks me out. I would expect after I enter the code to take me back to the home page.

Possibly the best customer service out there today.
I asked them how I could go about buying a new fader for my Novation Launchkey on Sunday. Next day I get a message back saying that one is in the post. On Thursday it arrived here in Sweden! No charge! No customs tax charge despite UK having left EU.
4 day door to door: UK -> Sweden!!!!
UNBELIEVABLE service!
Itâs so rare to experience this kind of service and dedication to the customer and cause today. This is a moment I will cherish.
