Good and easy to use and learn new things

Paid for the order but did not receive the package. It was never delivered. On the FedEx Tracking page, it shows its in Bryan, on the way since July 20. It has been more than 2 weeks and still there has been no development whatsoever. Greatly disappointed with the delivery service and zero follow up from Novation regarding the delivery.

Launch Control 3 is a great extension to my LaunchKey 4 sitting above the Launchkey encoders without taking up much space.

Service and delivery was good. Only minor hiccup was that order confirmation email suggested Launch Control wasn't in stock when it was which caused a bit of confusion but quickly resolved by email to support.

Straightforward, easy to use web shop with prompt shipping

I like the product I bought the only thing that annoyed Me a tad was navigating through Novation website, It took Me a while too log in & actually download what I needed for My keyboard too work in My Logic Pro but I eventually got there, As I say the product is cool, I now need too figure out if the pads still light up on the drum setting for Logic, They still work fine, It just mashes My brain up not seeing them light up & change color as I'm creating My drum tracks, I need too learn more on how the keys operate within Logic but as it is atm I can lay tracks, If I learned More about the operation of the product, It might make workflow a little quicker

Even with a shipment delay, the support was nice and very good.

Ik ben niet tevreden met mijn flkey 2 37 dat ding werkt gewoonweg niet, zit er wel programmatie in? Ik heb getracht novation in te lichten alsook alle youtube links gevolgt+ ik vindt de support op niks trekken ik voel mij opgelicht door jullie

I ordered a refurbished fl key 49. It was completely indistinguishable from a new device. It came a bit faster than expected as well.

I had to cancel my order quick to change the address and the support was really helpful and quick, great service.

Good feeling keyboard (I'm not a pianist). The keyboard linked up with my software (Dorico 6 and Cubase 14) with no problem. I love the flexibility of the sliders, buttons and controls. 61 keys is just right - covers almost all the notes I use, and sits on the desk easily.
