So I bought a NovaCare device for my wife and me, to protect us from a possible choking incident. I wanted to see and feel the quality, because if it is of good quality, I'd like to get one for each of our two adult children. As hoped, the quality is excellent! So I decided to order the two pack of devices, to get the 30% off one device deal. Unfortunately, there was no shipping option for buying two devices and shipping one each to two different addresses. So I contacted customer service with my issue, and Sam responded the next day. Sam understood the shipping issue and was able to get the order set up, to go to both addresses, while keeping the discout in tact! He even added free shipping because of the inconvenience. This is a quality product, and the customer service has been excellent! Thanks for all your help sam!Sam!

I would like to know if this company is a scam? I ordered from novacare official from Spain. Nobody responds.

This product looks well made and has given me a bit more safety.

My order seemed late in coming so NovaCare got involved and soon it was delivered. I feel so much safer living alone to have this life saving device in my apartment.

The Customer Service team was very prompt in their responses and helped in every aspect need with care and attention.

I had a great experience. I have placed an order and I never received it so I reached out to the support team and they were on the case immediately! They kept me updated and walked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this product.

Was supposed to get two on received one your company is fake not a real company. I gotta tell everybody about this company.

I did research on a lot of different self choking mechanisms on the market. Out of all the other products, to me, this was the best one. I had to contact customer service only because the order was taking a little too long to get delivered. Not only did I get customer service, but I got customer service directly from the founder, Mr. Chester. He gave me quick responses and made sure that the product was in my hand in a matter of days! Not only am I very pleased with the product, but I am also tremendously impressed that the founder of the company took control and made sure that I received what I purchased! You don’t find many companies like that! I will give this product and company 10 stars if I had the chance to do so, but since I only have five stars to choose from, they are totally getting the five stars! I do not regret purchasing this product. I am glad I made the purchase and such a great company you want to go with! I hope I never have to use this product, but it gives you a good feeling knowing that if you do need this product, you have it!

I had a question that had not been answered, and Chester the founder of the company, took the initiative to email me and answer the question. That type of customer service is FANTASTIC AND UNHEARD-OF!!!

I reached out to customer service once my item shipped and I noticed the package was coming from CHINA. I got a response from someone claiming to be the ceo. He asked me why I would think the product was coming from China, told me I’m the only person who’s ever asked and then proceeded to completely gaslight me, attempting to tell me all about the company he started from the ground up. I replied that I asked because I was able to track the package by a simple internet search, not a private investigator. When my package arrived, yup from China, I took a picture of the shipping label and included it in an email response. He replied that he wasn’t going to argue with me. !!!??? But that he was refunding my order. What just happened? Never asked for that. I just wanted to know why, if the company claims their products are made in the USA, was my order coming from China? Which also explained the long ship time. Pretty ridiculous. I have the product still sitting in the box waiting to be used if needed. But it does seem like cheap, very low grade plastic. And it definitely made me chuckle when inside the box was a free gift - a red and green, round, plush ornament. Chinese characters written on it. Placed in cellophane and tagged “A gift for you” on one side and “Made in USA” on the other.

Looks like a well made product, haven’t used it yet and hope I never need to , but a least I have piece of mind if needed. Shipping is very very slow about all I can say on it until it is put to use , then I could give more information on this product.

Hello! For awhile now I was looking for a device that my wife and I could use and had enough suction that it could remove a foreign body from the throat of a person who was choking to death.
So, I had some questions about Novacare and, who calls me back, but Chester, the Owner of the company. That was very nice of him and not many sales people, let alone owners, would call me back.
We had a nice chat and we discussed how the device worked. I really like the one touch spring element, as it is easy to load and re-load if necessary.
So, very happy with my new Novacare device, Living in a condo in Florida, we have lots of elderly folks that would benefit having a device on hand. All the best, and I can sleep at night knowing if my wife or I were ever choking we would have a good chance of survival, but no chance to survive without Novacare.
