It was recommended to me, so thought I'd try and straight away my electricity supplier was changed and I'm saving over £300. I didn't have to do a thing, Nous did everything for me.

Would have been useful to know about one month premium service being free for first month as I thought I’d entered a paid subscription.
Also, once I’d committed to the deal, my monthly payment increased by £30! And I was expecting a drop of a similar amount so don’t know what happened there

Helpful and worthwhile service

Nous have already saved us money, the comms was great and super helpful. The transition to a new provider was so smooth, and I really didn’t have to do anything! Just dropped a star as the account set up with new provider took a bit of sorting, was resolved super quick though

I genuinely didn't need to lift a finger
I genuinely didn't need to do anything because this service did it all for me, and any queries I asked I got a very quick reply that addressed all of my concerns.
I remember having to do this whole process myself and having to compare different tariffs but Nous has really helped.
