Just the whole process of getting my Nourishy order fulfilled. Lovely customer support and always getting updates about my frozen milk journey.

Dean and Cassi are absolute amazing people who care about the future of breastfeeding mums. As a 2nd time mum who returned to work at 8months PP (fulltime), I truly appreciate the option to have a service like this available within Australia. This makes a huge difference to my husband who is currently on parental leave. This was the second time getting my milk freeze dried (in total 25 Litres) and I have felt at ease throughout the whole process. The information knowledge and experience they bring is above none. Their work ethic to ensure items are to a high quality and standard shows in all forms. I am very appreciative to have such a great service here in Australia. Please keep up the amazing work you do!

Wow wow wow!!!! I am so impressed at the ease, customer service and prompt return of my milk. The turn around time was 2 weeks and the whole process was really smooth, I got step by step updates about my milk the whole time so I knew when to expect my milk back. So happy with Nourishy and happy to have my freezer space back, this will make those bedtime bottles so much easier.

Everything about this experience was amazing the meet the drop off the information I was provided with I felt safe leaving my milk. I highly recommend doing this! Nourishy is the best ! I've already used my first pouch and it was so easy! I will definitely be going through the process again!

Very smooth experience using Nourishy to freeze dry my frozen breastmilk stash. Luckily for me they are located in Brisbane so I could do a local drop off. Had a nice chat with their owners and also love that they are working together with Milk Bank and their Nourishy Give initiative.

Overall this was an incredibly easy and positive process to go through. Cass was super helpful and able to answer any questions I had about the process before my milk was collected and sent on its way. Open communication was kept during the entire process and even after if I had any other questions I wanted answered.

They are very professional and efficient with receiving and informing clients what step they are at. I dropped my stash because I live in Brisbane and it was really nice to meet the family who runs the business. They explained everything to me there about the process. I had ample time to ask questions. All in all this business is inspiring.

It was so easy. I was a little worried about my milk making it frozen but when I got the box and realised how considered and carefully put together it was all my worries melted away. The team were so caring making sure the logistics were covered so I’d have my Nourishy pouches back in time for my trip. It was a wonderful experience overall!

My milk is very special to us as a family, as we lost our precious newborn son at only 12 days old in NICU.

The service was such a blessing, as we were able to drop it to a lady in Sydney whilst on holidays so it could be flown to Brisbane to be freeze dried.
It was a quick turn around of only a couple of weeks before it arrived safely at our home.
I would definitely recommend Nourishy to all mothers wanting a convenient easy solution to use their own milk for feeding or in my case, preserve the milk that is extra special.

Really great experience, the communication has been top notch throughout the whole process. Responded to any queries/questions I had within 24 hours. So glad I now have long-lasting nourishing milk to give to my baby at any given time! Highly recommend.
