I made a mistake on my order and it was fixed quickly. Great selection of great quality meats

Very good meat ,unfortunately delivery, this time was unprofessional and simply disappointing.
My delivery was thrown and left in a completely different part of my building.
The parcel had on one side my address with my unit number on the other without unit number.
So this one was chosen by delivery person.
Not only this but I did receive email about delivery at 8.30am informing that delivery was complete at 6.30
I went to look for my parcel and found box damaged- it looked like someone was trying to check what's inside.
Unprofessional .

My order was well packed, fresh, and good quality. Only problem was I ordered what I thought was an extra 1Kg of mince but must have accidentally pressed 0.1g of mince. I received a vacuum seal bag with mince the size of my hand. Even though it was my fault would have been good if someone had emailed me to clarify my order and I would have realised my error and corrected the order! I really can't fault Prydes, good value for money.

Really impressed with my delivery. The quality of meat is exceptional, Steaks on the BBQ are amazing and the delivery process easy. All meat vacuum sealed for convenience.

We ordered some rabbits for a pie. The meat was fresh, and the delivery was seamless. Will definitely use again!

The purchasing excersise was easy and straight forward, the meatcuts looked and tasted as I envisaged.

However, delivery left a lot to be desired, with a damaged shipping box delivered, stuck together with sticky tape.

To add concern to the delivery, my order was loaded with a forklift.....handled one handed, then a nervous courier refused to answer any of my questions until I'd printed and signed before accepting the shipment. This was Terrible Service.

Easy, user friendly online buying. Delivery on correct day and time, with excellent packaging. Quality was good and everyone at the party enjoyed the meat and the chicken kebabs. Definitely recommend.

Great professional service and wonderful meat. It's great that they will, if requested, vacuum pack individual pieces of meat, so that they can go straight into the freezer until needed.

Compared you to many other sites while looking on line. I liked your variety of meats in this bundle and I liked the fact that I could choose different flavours for some of the meat and chicken. The only thing missing was a leg of lamb. Easy to freeze as it was all package. And like the ease of watching were the delivery truck was. Communication was good.

Delivery was within the allocated time. The quality of the meat is excellent. I will be ordering again

The staff are fantastic and always eager to please. Huge range of cuts, and pre prepared meals too. Gourmet preps are a must buy here and I'm practically in meat heaven anticipating buying the awesome value BBQ Smokers Pack!

The carnivore beef sausages are great! Much more enjoyable than others I’ve tried. Item well packed and delivered promptly.

Meat was packed well and tastes great. The wagyu in particular was excellent. The only thing that really left anything to be desired was the delivery experience. The lead time required was very long, which was unfortunate. I'll likely still buy from here again though
