Ho acquistato una tuta per mio figlio ad Euro 145 ma mi hanno addebitato in carta di credito 165 Euro. Inoltre il corriere UPS ha preteso ulteriori Euro 53 (oltre alle spese di spedizione già pagate) di cui una generica voce “supplementi”di Euro 21. Sito poco serio: non evidenzia i prezzi effettivi e non menziona i costi aggiuntivi negli ordini !

The package delivered after a short delay but it’s worth recommending and the tracksuits are quality and thats the great store

Only a 4 as a delay in delivering the joggers but eventually came through (2 week delay). Product quality of the joggers was great and make a quality Christmas gift.

After seeing all the bad reviews , i was abit sketchy about ordering from here but i risked it & Honestly i can say the shipping was good, i ordered on 13th Dec & received on 18th Dec, Customer service was good & Product quality is 10/10

After chasing everyday and sending my proof of return which was 12th Nov I have finally got my refund on the 30th Dec.

Have now taken to Trading Standards to see about getting money back for pants I retuned 6 weeks ago not 10 days ago! I am thinking of small claims court now. Ive looked on Companies House about this company and buyer be careful. They were nearly shut down last year! The company accounts of this company is not great and looks like they owe loads of money to creditors! Think they operate from a flat or something! Not professional what so ever - you can check out the owners and their names as its listed on Company House web site try to reach out directly as I have done by naming them in the emails! I dont know how they can sleep at night CON! Im thinking of doing a reel so I can reach as many people as possible about being ripped off!

Ordered Trapstar jacket for my son for Christmas on 1st December cost over £270 never been shipped. No answer from customer service only automatic answer. Jacket no on stock. Absolutely fraud! Sad for my son 😔 Please don’t order from this page

Really wish I read the reviews before buying from this company. I bought a £150 tracksuit for my son's Christmas present on the 29th November and it's still not been delivered. No response from any of my emails or messages. I'm absolutely gutted because now I can't afford to buy anything else for my son's Christmas present. Poor customer service

My wife ordered a trap star tracksuit on the 22nd November, payment was taken and delivery slot of 5 to 7 business days, no sign of the tracksuit and no correspondence whatsoever, my daughter of 15 saved up to buy her boyfriend a tracksuit costing £199 for Xmas, she’s heartbroken as we haven’t received anything and they haven’t been in contact since, we have messaged over and over again with no reply. If anyone from the business happens to see this review, please can you respond

I had my doubts having never heard of this company before but even after reading the negative reviews I was happy there was nothing malicious going on.

And I’m delighted to have made the choice. I got a pair of Nike Air Max 97 (Triple White) size 10s for a great price and they arrived within 3-5 working days, in perfect condition, securely packaged in a bigger outer box and delivered with care.

The only negative I would say is the communication. After receiving the initial confirmation email, I had no idea if the order was in-transit or delayed etc. until the parcel arrived at my door. However, I got exactly what I paid for within the expected timescale and I’m happy to recommend No Sauce The Plug to everyone.

Been waiting for a jacket for 3 weeks and now they have cancelled the order due to lack of stock

Where's my order? Tried to reach out 5 times and don't even bother replying little scums. Literally ordered it 3 weeks ago was supposed to come 2 weeks ago and saying its not even been shipped to royal mail yet

I ordered a tracksuit and a jacket, on the website it says that in maximum 7 business days it arrives, the tracksuit arrived after 20 business days! And After that they sent me a invalid tracking code! I wrote them an email 7 days ago about it, until now I have no response and I don’t know where my jacket is after 31 business days!! Never ever ordering from this website again, I recommend you don’t also!!!

Ordered a tracksuit over 3 weeks ago. no one is responding to my messages or emails. I have not received my order. Tried to request a refund and haven't receive anything from the company. The chat bot, Just keeps saying my order has been confirmed. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 days. I'm now having to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I have order on black Friday from Canada however they cancelled my order and hasn’t refund my payment yet and I don’t know how to contact them

I have tried ordering track suits twice for my son for his birthday from this site and each time they have taken my money and within 2 weeks I have then been told there is no stock and await a refund within another 10 days. I will not be ordering from there again.

Need to return my son’s tracksuit.
I have emailed 4 times and used the online chat. No body gets back to you.
