Dreadful place
LPDreadful place. Sold us an unroadworthy vehicle and refused consumer rights to return it or indeed do anything. No option left but to sue for refund. We had help from Consumer Rights but North West Trade Centre still ignored our rights.The response about spares or repairs and it all being explained is rubbish and very much not the case. We have contacted them and nothing was sorted.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. However, we would like to clarify that the vehicle purchased was clearly sold on a spare and repairs basis, and this was explained and accepted prior to purchase.
The vehicle was priced considerably below standard retail value to reflect these terms and its condition at the time of sale. We do not agree with the suggestion that information was withheld or that the sale terms were unclear.
As this matter relates to specific circumstances surrounding the purchase, we believe it is more appropriate to discuss this directly rather than through a public forum. We remain willing to review any concerns raised through the appropriate channels.

Super Easy
After seeing a vehicle online I liked, I popped in while passing by, and was greeted by Nathan. Within the space of 10 minutes we went through all the details and my options, and came out with a deal. The whole process was made super easy by Nathan, and in total only took 15 minutes of discussion to fully complete a purchase. Couldn't recommend more, if youre after a simple deal.

Walked in and got greeted by Nathan who was extremely helpful. We asked if the car we liked was still available and he confirmed and proceeded to run us through our options for affording swiftly and explained everything to us making it super easy to understand and go through. Really happy with the service we got, especially being 10 minutes before closing time when we definitely didn’t expect to walk out with an agreement!
