The fireplace grate was packaged so poorly that one of the support pieces was broken off. The welds broke.
Thankfully, I was refunded my total purchase price but now I still have to get a replacement grate!!

Thankfully I returned the smaller fireplace blower because it looks like they sent me a prior return. There were no instructions in the box & it definitely looked like the parts were all just thrown into the box.
Also, the 6 tube blower could be deeper, I wish they had different lengths too.
