We are a locally owned and operated respiratory home care company dedicated to helping you breathe easier and sleep well. Whether you need home oxygen therapy, treatment for sleep apnea or, if you are a patient or referring physician, our goal is to always provide you with outstanding professional, prompt and courteous service. Northern Respiratory is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Health to provide home respiratory care under the Home Oxygen Program (HOP) and the Assistive Devices Program (ADP). Our main services are home oxygen therapy initiation and follow-up and PAP therapy initiation and follow-up. We also carry a variety of PAP therapy supplies and accessories from all major manufacturers. For referring physicians home oxygen assessments, overnight oximetry testing and PAP therapy download reports are available via referral and on request. At Northern Respiratory we believe that the need to be on oxygen doesn’t have to set limits on your lifestyle. We’ve set out to provide the best portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) on the market to give patients the confidence that they’ll have a 24/7 oxygen supply while at home or away. We use the latest technology available to deliver prescribed therapies however our best service is always provided live and in person. We are available 7 days a week. Tara and Pam were AMAZING to deal with! what a wonderful experience in store with these ladies, so informative and kind and funny! then the results when I woke up this morning after one night of using my cpap?! man oh man, I feel like I am a foot taller! I am in shock! what a great thing sleep can be!
The store is beautifully organized and well stocked and has everything that you would need . overall this was a very good experience and Pam explained everything so well.

Always excellent customer service and support anytime I need it. I have highly recommended Northern Respiratory to family and friends. Very trustworthy and honest. They also go above and beyond just providing service. In my situation they even got ahold of the Respiratory Dr. In Toronto when no one else would. Awsome group.

It was time for a checkup for my CPAP…
It was time for a checkup for my CPAP machine. It couldn’t be done last year due to Covid restrictions. Rachelle had called to say that they were now able to actually check out the equipment and set up an appointment. I dropped the unit off first thing in the morning as I was going to be busy til noon that day, and she said she would work on it first thing and that it would be ready for me once I was done. I went in and picked up my unit and necessary supplies. It was fast and friendly service! Keep up the great work!

Excellent service
Excellent service. All the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and beyond accommodating to get me started on my sleep therapy. Answered all my questions and concerns. They followed up with me to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend!

Great staff and management
My experience with Northern Respiratory was a hugely positive experience. I felt that they, by far, went above and beyond what was required or expected of them when it comes to customer service. Not only did they help me out of a bad situation in friendly and timely manner but they also facilitated some special requests that I made that were by no means necessary for them to accommodate. They will definitely get my future business and recommendations. Huge thanks to the management and staff, you guys are awesome..
