Rachel is lovely, really knowledgeable and friendly. She talked me through different slings and helped me to put them on with my baby in different positions. I felt really confident to use the sling after leaving the appointment. I have now bought the same sling as I loaned. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
The service is extremely user friendly, I knew what I wanted to borrow and roughly how to wear it. However I believe they offer a tailored service if you're unsure. Friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would definitely use again

Great support, access to a variety of slings and incredibly priced. Really easy to swap and change slings/carriers as they got older, or for going on holiday and even as we got more experienced with child carrying, we always felt like we could go to her for advice if we had needed it.

We’ve had loads of support to find a carrier that works well for us despite lockdown and not being able to get to face to face sling library sessions. This has been such a massive help and would highly recommend people to make use of the sling library.
Absolutely fantastic service. I never used carriers with my first child but when I had my second I was struggling to get anything done or be able to go anywhere. A friend suggested I come here and I honestly wish I had known about this service with my first child. Rachel was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. That day changed my life for the better and I couldn't be more grateful. I have since recommended anyone with children to go. There is plenty of choice and lots of helpful advice. Thank you.

Rachel is very informative and helpful. I went to her when I first had my twins and she was able to recommend a suitable carrier for my girls. Loan was easy and straight forward. I was able to renew online very easily, which was great because I loved the sling! When my girls got a bit bigger, Rachel was also very helpful in suggesting toddler slings which saved our holidays enabling us to travel much more lightly by not having to take a double pushchair everywhere! Would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and excellent, first class service!

I’ve had consultation from Rachel when we moved to UK for my 8 month old son as we lost our ergo in transit. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pin point what I needed with my sling needs. I’ve rented from her a few times and love the range she has.
