I’ve had a fantastic experience working with North American Bancard.
What sets them apart is their knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed team. Other companies I've worked with in the past were impossible to get on the phone and explain things. The onboarding process was smooth, and I was up and running quickly with no issues. Their rates are competitive and better than what I was previously paying. Most importantly, whenever I’ve had questions, their customer support has been quick and helpful.
Highly recommend them to any business looking for a reliable payment processor!

These people are THIEVES!!! I've had to cancel my account 3 different times because every time I kept getting continued auto payments. I called to cancel, they would but then when I called originally, they would say "I didn't ask to cancel THAT ACCOUNT" after I continued to get charges this last time of $49.95/month (which I have been for over 2 years) I finally put a stop charge on it because I couldn't get ahold of anyone, they called and said I was in collections over the outstanding balance and returned fees. I asked to speak to a supervisor and demanded help. ANGEL told me "I am not a child, and you cannot speak to me that way, now you are going to hold" then hung up. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Every rating and review of their company says so, wish I wouldn't know that years ago and it would've saved me over $3000. THIS IS RIDICILOUS- hope you enjoy your 4 vacation homes CEO because as a small business owner just $3k can be detrimental. SO FINALLY after being in collections and talking to them multiple times, I paid $314 to get DONE WITH THEM and I better not every get a charge from them again or I will file with a lawyer. THIS COMPANY has taken way too long to be stopped for breaking the law.

This merchant, formally paymentshub continues to suck! I attempted to log in due to a prompt for action by this gem of a vendor, and unable to login. After many attempts and frustration I then go to chat. Then the real fun begins. They still have a 10 minute verification process, which is amazing…but after that another 15 minutes just to uncover the site is unuasable unless you’re using a chrome browser. That browser is the biggest privacy invader on the market. Save yourself the frustration and find another merchant provider. This company SUCKS!

"I’ve been processing credit card transactions for over 20 years with a major bank, but I decided to switch when fees kept rising. I thought NAB’s rates and fees were appealing, but unfortunately, their policies and service didn’t meet expectations. They lack clear policies, and their staff—who seem to be untrained and based offshore—often give inconsistent, off-the-cuff answers.
My experience with them was frustrating. After my first few transactions, they placed a hold on all my funds until I provided client invoices and contact details. They even called my clients, some of whom I’ve worked with for years—an embarrassing situation for my business. They eventually released the funds, but just two weeks later, they flagged another transaction as ‘over the limit’ and held the funds again. I had to reverse the charge and ask my client to pay by check, which they did. Yet, nearly two weeks later, NAB still hadn’t released the funds. Instead of returning the funds to my client, they debited my account and held onto the money. It’s unacceptable.
As of today, I’ve switched to a reputable bank, even if it costs a little more. I’ll never work with NAB again."
Do not do business with North American Bancard, rebranded to North Payments. After discovering so many hidden fees, I tried to cancel my account and it took 3 months to do so while I incurred extra fees. They also claimed they never received the terminal (even though I sent it with tracking) and charged me hundreds of dollars for it. I've never worked with such a corrupt business
This company does NOT seem too conscientious with merchants, especially with sketchy fees and other shady practices.
I’ve tried working with this company for a while. The relationship started off well be they started adding on so many hidden fees. When I tried to get them off they just kept lying to me about them. Don’t trust a word that comes out of their mouths, they will lie right to your face and keep charging you for it.
I'm glad that I am over with this company they nothing more then scammers when I contact them for a credit card processor I request specific to be month to month and I assuming to sign a contract on those conditions and didn't notice that i sign a 3 years contract with them with a early cancellation fee ($750.00) plus return equipment on my own expenses and a time frame f 10 days for me they are a disgrace of business company I suggest no one to even try to do business ever
